PRESENTATION GREGORIO DIAZ MIGUEL, S.A. is a Spanish family company dedicated to the production of Manchego Cheese, Sheep Cheese, Goat Cheese and Mixed Milk Cheese . The company has offices, refrigerated warehouses and a manufacturing plant, with a capacity of production of 6 million kilos of cheese per year.

Our factory has a high level of environmental commitment, and we comply with the norms for the protection of the environment. Thanks to our commitment to high quality and best practices, the company has received several awards in Spain and abroad.


OUR CORPORATE PHILOSOPHY We are a company dedicated to satisfy the needs of our consumers by providing quality products, through the application of the traditional knowledge and innovative techniques in the manufacture of cheese. Customers are our main allies that allow us to improve day by day. We intend to be one of the most important companies in the manufacture of cheese. To do this, we rely on a highly experienced team, which forms the most important pillar within our organization.

CERTIFICATIONS Our company has also the certification that allows us to fabricate Manchego Cheese with Denomination of Origin in our facilities.


MANCHEGO CHEESE D.O.P.

Definition: Cheese with Denomination of Origin (D.O.P.), made with pasteurized milk of Manchega Sheep raised in “La Mancha” region. Manufacturing is made according to the requirements fixed by “The Council of the Denomination of Origin of Manchego Cheese”. Ingredients: Manchega sheep´s milk, rennet, lactic ferments, calcium chloride and salt. Presentation: Whole wheels and wedges in vacuum packed. Storage Temperature: 4 – 8 º C. Shelf life: 12 months for the wheels of 3 kilograms and 1 kilograms, and 6 months for wedges of 200 grams and 330 grams.

SHEEP CHEESE Definition: Cheese made with pasteurized sheep milk. Ingredients: Pure sheep milk , rennet, lactic ferments , calcium chloride and salt. Presentation: Whole wheels and wedges in vacuum packed. Storage temperature: 4 - 8 ยบ C. Shelf life: 12 months for the whole wheels of 3 kilograms and 1 kilograms, and 6 months for wedges of 200 grams and 330 grams.

Ingredients: Cow milk, sheep milk, goat milk, rennet, lactic ferments, calcium chloride and salt. Presentation: Whole wheels and wedges in vacuum packed. Storage Temperature: 4 - 8 º C. Shelf life: 12 months for the wheels of 3 kilograms and 1 kilograms, and 6 months for wedges of 200 grams and 330 grams.
