Quince & Company spins yarns in an historic mill near Portland, Maine.
Our goal is to make yarns for knitters who appreciate beautiful fibers and colors and want their yarns to be as earth-friendly as possible. The patterns in this book feature our four debut yarns: Puffin, Osprey, Lark, and Chickadee, all spun from fleece sourced from American sheep. We designed the projects in this collection around the simplest of knitted stitches— knits and purls and a cable or two. We love how easy to work they are and how pretty they are to look at.
