Welcome Address Dear colleagues, Dear friends, It is a great pleasure for us to welcome you to the second PanArab Trauma Course devoted to the pathology of the foot and ankle. Leading experts on foot surgery participate in the success of this course which aims to gather all orthopedic surgeons interested in this "hyper specialty of foot surgery" for two days to bring us their experiences, clarify ideas and enlighten us on the progress being made in the different treatment aspects of the pathology of the foot and ankle: anatomy, arthroscopy, tendinoscopy, and surgical techniques. Topics will be treated as how-to practical lectures, personal experiences of each participant and clinical case discussions. The ultimate goal is to provide our patients with the best quality of care. At the end of the course, participants should be able to make a decision when they are faced with the pathology of the foot and ankle, from the simplest to the most complex case situations. We hope that this course will allow us to expand our knowledge in this area and to share pleasant moments that will remain in our memories. Good progress, and enjoy your stay in Rabat, Sincerely, Chairmen & Course Directors
