BODY SCANNER The first step in getting the perfect fit is getting scanned. The same technology used for security can be used to measure the human body! Using radio waves measurements are accurate within one centimeter. In this design, instead of the scanner moving around a person, the person is rotated while the scanner is stationary. The scan creates a 3 dimensional model that users can customize at the next station to use later on their quest to perfect pants.
TECH STATION At the Tech Station customers tap their Bonobos Card and then can register their model and begin customizing it. Customers are also encouraged to tell their occupation and hobbies to better help Bonobos make suggestions for them. Here customers can see how Bonobos pants will fit their body better than the ones they’re wearing.

STORAGE The back of the Projection Wall also serves as storage. The merchandise stored here can be used for those customers who want to feel the perfect fit of Bonobos pants. All products that are purchased through the Tech Stations or Smart Fit Rooms will be delivered promptly the next day.
SMART FIT ROOMS In the Smart Fit Room customers can not only try on
physical merchandise but
also
browse other suggested products on the touch screen and rate the fit of the products they’re trying. With their Bonobos Card, all activity will be saved to their account where it can be accessed through the mobile app or at home.
ON THE GO The shopping doesn’t have to stop when you leave the store! Customers’ customized models are connected to their Bonobos account and can be accessed through mobile apps and online. After being scanned they can virtually try on any Bonobos merchandise and create custom outfits that can be favorited and shared through social media sites like facebook and twitter.
LOCATIONS The design offers flexibility and can be made to fit smaller or larger spaces and it also creates a space of its own. Ribs can be added or subtracted to create a freestanding display for customers to enjoy. Components like the fitting rooms or projection wall could be left out in pop ups in malls or other large spaces where they may not be appropriate.
