UDAAN takes a new stand for retail shops across to bring in more interactive methods for sellers and buyers, through design and program development including workshops and interactive areas.

CONCEPT: Taking inspiration from the kite,as it takes one's eye level above the horizon line,the space endeavours to brings that shift.Making the space floating thro ugh free elements and the colour palette adds to the feeling

Rani Mehra

An independant young women who is interested in baking. Her home is a place of retreat after she comes from a long day at work.

Concept:

The space reflects her persona, SUBTLE BUT QUIRKY . The interiors being subtle and white while the colours show shows her eclectiveness. Section showing verandah and the connection between dining and living area

DESIGN TAKE: The space is primarily divided into two parts,the lower comprises of areas for friends and family while the upper floor is only Rani.

CHARACTER AND SPACE: Being a subtle friendly person, her space projects her personna but here and there one can get glimpses of her quirky mind.

Section shows the living area , the wall of memories and entrance on lower floor and Rani's bedroom on upper

Concept was to achieve a flow within the space which self guides the visually impaired to circulate within the space

Installation of metal plates

Structure was made with 18 mm PVC sheet joint with L clamps fixed on metal base and cladded with textured Corian(CNC)

Structure is back lit on corian cladding with textures inspired from aquatic life

I climb the stairs guided by the light of sun,and where it reflects creates a landing like sun itself, Surrounded by a beautiful crown, You feel welcomed in! Still not knowing what leads where, I explore my way through the Butterfly Wings!

Designing from a story line, learning to visualize spaces from words and creating space from that.

Concept Inspired from the free flow game,the idea is to make the stool playful.

User: Kids of 4-8 years Material: Ms Pipe - 40 dia Design Intent: To design a stool that that is fun for

kids to play with like a game,comfortable to sit on, as well as use as a surface to work on.
