2024 INDEPENDENCE BOWL SET FOR SATURDAY, DECEMBER 28 AT 8:15 PM
The Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl will kick off on a Saturday night in primetime for the second consecutive year, as the 48th edition of college football’s 11th most historic bowl game is set for Saturday, December 28 at 8:15 p.m. CT on ESPN.
Last year’s game between Texas Tech and California drew the best crowd since the 2019 Louisiana Tech-Miami matchup – with a paid attendance of 33,071. 2024 will be the 32nd consecutive year that the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl will be televised on an ESPN network.

Ticket renewals have been sent out, and it is time to renew your seats for the 2024 Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl!
To secure your seats for this year's game, tickets must be renewed by July 31 .

ALMOST KICKOFF TIME!
ESPN'S HOLLY ROWE SET TO SPEAK AT KICKOFF DINNER ON JULY 15
The annual Kickoff Dinner is on Monday, July 15 at the Shreveport Convention Center, and one of ESPN’s most recognizable commentators, Holly Rowe, will be the night’s featured speaker.
Rowe is one of ESPN’s most versatile and highest-profile commentators. She has been featured regularly on high-profile events and programming for ESPN and ABC, including Saturday Night Football and the College Football Playoff, Big Monday men’s college basketball, NCAA Women’s Final Four, NCAA Women’s College World Series, the WNBA and more.
Doors will open at 6 p.m. for a cocktail hour and dinner buffets will open at 6:15 p.m. The program will begin at 7 p.m. with a Q&A to conclude.
Individual tickets to the event are on sale for $50 apiece, and a table of eight is $400. Tickets can be purchased at RadianceTechnologiesIndependenceBowl.com/shop or by calling the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl office at 318.221.0712 or toll-free at 888.414.BOWL.

HUNDREDS OF KIDS ATTEND 13th ANNUAL YOUTH CLINIC
The 13th annual Independence Bowl Youth Football Clinic hit the field at Independence Stadium on Saturday, June 1, and hundreds of kids attended the FREE clinic!
All of the campers got to learn from regional college coaches and staffers from LSU (SEC), Louisiana Tech (CUSA), ULM (Sun Belt), Sam Houston State (CUSA), Northwestern State and SUSLA, as well as Centenary Head Coach Byron Dawson and his staff!
The Youth Clinic was made possible by its title sponsor, Whataburger, and its other tremendous sponsors, Sports World, Willis Knighton Health, Little Works in Progress and D1 Training Shreveport.

Save the date for our annual Fish N' Football event! Enjoy the kickoff of the college football season on Saturday, August 24 by watching the Florida State vs. Georgia Tech game, enjoying the company of fellow members and eating fresh, hot, fried food from Johnny's Catfish from 11 AM to 3 PM at Great Raft Brewing!
