SATURDAY

Sitting at 3-1 a season after going 3-9, Arizona State is looking to top their 2023 win total with a win over Kansas.

• Stanford has two RBs who share the carries with Daniels. Micah Ford has 183 yards on 5.1 yards per carry, while Chris Davis Jr. has 141 yards on 7.8 Y/C.

SATURDAY

• The Huskies have had some success against the run – allowing just 121.8 yards per game. Overall, they limit teams to under 250 yards per contest.

• UW has the 5th fewest turnovers this season, only turning the ball over twice in five games.

SATURDAY

// 10 PM CT // FOX

Arizona is looking to earn a win over the 2023 Indy Bowl champs and winners of three straight, Texas Tech.

• The Cats offense hasn't been as explosive as last season, but they still feature one of the top QBWR duos in the country – QB Noah Fifita and WR Tetairoa McMillan.

• McMillan ranks 8th in the country in receiving yards with 503 in four games. Fifita has 1,060 passing yards, 7 TDs and 4 INTs.

ALUMNI IN THE NFL

BY THE NUMBERS: INDEPENDENCE BOWL ALUMNI IN THE NFL

The top two punters in the NFL both played in the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl – the Bengals' Ryan Rehkow (BYU, 2021) and Raiders' A.J. Cole (NC State, 2016). Rehkow leads the league in punt average in his rookie season at 58.4 yards, while Cole is second in the league in punt average at 52.1 yards. Cole lead the league in yards per punt in 2020 (50.0) and has topped 50 yards per punt two of the past three seasons.

Colts DB Chris Lammons (South Carolina, 2014) had possibly his finest game as a pro on Sunday vs. the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lammons recorded five combined tackles, one sack, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery. Lammons is in his second season with the Colts after spending the previous three seasons with the Kansas City Chiefs, which included one Super Bowl victory.

Patriots kicker Joey Slye (Virginia Tech, 2015) was 2-for-2 in field goal attempts on Sunday vs. the 49ers –including a 63-yard field goal and 54-yarder. Slye's 63-yard FG is the second-longest in the NFL this season and one of only two made kicks over 60 yards this year.

Falcons RB Tyler Allgeier (BYU, 2021) racked up 80 yards from scrimmage on Sunday vs. the New Orleans Saints – marking a season high. The third-year back rushed for 60 yards on just eight carries and caught two passes for 20 yards. Amongst individual Independence Bowl performances, Allgeier ranks fourth in rushing yards (192), ninth in all-purpose yards (204), fifth in yards from scrimmage (192) and tied for second in most points scored (18).

Two pass-catchers from Duke's 2018 squad – Chiefs TE Noah Gray and Seahawks WR Jake Bobo – hauled in a combined 70 yards of passes this past weekend. Gray caught four passes for 40 yards, while Bobo caught three passes for 30 yards. The number of receptions and amount of receiving yards are seasonhighs for both of the former Blue Devils. Gray caught 28 passes for a career-high 305 yards in his third season last year and recently signed a three-year, $18 million extension. Bobo collected 19 receptions for 196 yards in his rookie year last season.

Joey Slye (New England Patriots - Virginia Tech, 2015)
Tyler Allgeier (Atlanta Falcons - BYU, 2021)
