Cari bambini,
la Prova Invalsi di lingua inglese sarà affrontata tra qualche mese, ma già la maestra ve ne avrà parlato e voi sarete forse un po’ preoccupati. Niente paura!
Per prepararvi al meglio dovete immaginare di essere degli atleti che si stanno allenando per un’importante gara: sono necessari, quindi, esercizio, strategia e impegno. Le attività che trovate in questo testo saranno la vostra palestra.
Ci sono due “sessioni” di allenamento: una di reading e una di listening e, se volete impegnarvi al massimo, sono presenti anche delle extra activities.
Quando vi eserciterete con la comprensione scritta (reading), seguite questi semplici consigli:
- fate attenzione al comando ed eseguite esattamente ciò che vi viene richiesto;
- leggete prima tutto il brano e poi sequenza dopo sequenza, per trovare la risposta alle domande;
- se ci sono immagini, osservatele attentamente: vi aiuteranno a svolgere l’esercizio.
E ora passiamo agli allenamenti di listening:
- anche in queste attività è molto importante leggere il comando;
- prima di scrivere la risposta, ascoltate tutto il brano;
- non scoraggiatevi se non completate subito le risposte: avete sempre un secondo ascolto da utilizzare;
- non dovete comprendere tutto quanto viene detto: ponete attenzione alle “key words” (parole chiave) che vi servono per svolgere l’attività.
