Outstanding leaders go out of their way to boost the selfesteem of their personnel. If people believe in themselves, it's amazing what they can accomplish.

he last week brought the Tindustry professionals together and the event was the EEA Awards organised by Exhibition Showcase. The event which attracted about 400 delegates, was organised with precision and created great positive vibes amongst the delegates. One could see from the enthusiasm of the delegates that the industry was eager to surge forward and start organising events. Last couple of months also saw a number of Shows happening and the visitor footfall was phenomenal. These events confirmed that the industry was returning to its pre-CoVid levels - slowly but steadily.Another industry event is planned in the next month - India Expo Shop 2022 or IES 2022 in short. IES 2022, the exhibition of the industry serving exhibitions, conferences, events and corporate houses will be held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 24th to 26th August 2022.

A number of co-located events are taking place during the Show.One day conference on the future of industry will be held with industry leaders sharing their thoughts on emerging opportunities and looming challenges. A session by ICPB is also planned, whereas IEIA is holding its IEIAConnect programme during the Exhibition. B2B Meetings will be held and more than 100 clients have already registered for the same.I invite you all to visit the Exhibition and also attend other programmes happening during the Exhibition.
