Client description: Roi’s List is a mobile app that helps Real Estate investors generate more property deals by expanding their business network. With Roi’s list app users can make more money through networking with the right investors.
The main problems that the client had were: As many startups with a novel idea, Roi’s List struggled with converting their traffic into users. We identified that communicating their value proposition through their website UX Design was the key problem.
The Challenge
They also struggled to identify the right facebook ads targeting and advertising strategy to make their campaigns profitable. On top of that, they needed help setting up a sensible analytics suite that integrates web and mobile data. Real Estate B2B audience is expensive to target and user awareness level of the benefits of networking apps was low

The Strategy We re-designed their prototype site to explain their Value Proposition in a simpler, benefits-focused way. Because Real Estate Investors are mostly interested in finding deals in specific locations, our campaigns were divided into local campaigns focused on major cities in the US We helped them set up Firebase, AppsFlyer and Google Analytics tracking in a way that helps make data-driven decisions and accurately assess acquisition costs, user
lifetime value and churn We tested lead generation campaigns using chatbots and landing pages to build audiences that we could later convert After we started generating app downloads we started optimising the ad copywriting, created Lookalike Audiences from the users and helped the clients create a better user onboarding flow to decrease churn on the trial
