INTRODUCTION

In the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains, surrounded by water on three sides, lies a well-maintained 148± acre recreational paradise. The west boundary is 0.68± miles of the Clarks Fork of the Yellowstone River and provides great wildlife habitat.
