Directions: From Nashville, take I-65N towards Louisville,KY. Take exit #117 and turn right (East). Go approximately 1.8 miles and turn right on New Deal Potts Road. Go about 1.5 miles and turn left on Riggs Road. Follow Riggs Rd., about 1.5 miles until it dead ends into North Happy Hollow Road. You will be in front of the sale facility. Signs will be up. From Kentucky on I-65, it will be the first exit in Tennessee. Air Travel: Tennessee (BNA) airport is located approximately 45 minutes from the farm. Terms : Terms of the sale are cash. Payment to be made to the clerk immediately following the sale and before cattle are removed. Purchasers or their representative must sign the bill of sale prior to leaving the sale site. Billed Accounts: All billed accounts are due and expected within 10 days of the sale date. Insurance: Will be available for your purchase at the sale. Health: Each animal will be represented by a state approved health certificate for interstate shipment. Buyers should make themselves aware of the health requirements for their respective states. Breeding Guarantee: All cattle sell under the Suggested Breeding Guarantee recommended by the American Shorthorn Association (ASA). As calves they come easy and then the heifers turn into really nice brood cows as evidenced by this one. • Pe'd to SULL Looker 12/14 thru 3/1. • This cow is what it is all about. Tim and I had to think long and hard about consigning 3118 aka “Josie” to the sale. Only because we wanted to consign our very best and we have some eggs in the tank could we let her go. The picture says it all, deep bodied, thick, good bone and has a perfect udder when she calves. She has done it all from Grand Champion Female at the 2009 Illinois State Fair Horned Show to a daughter being Grand Champion and top selling female at the 2012 Tennessee Beef Agribition. Her daughters that are in production are carrying on her legacy. Ask Brian and Tyler Cates what Lucky Charm 255 and her daughters have done for them. Her calf by SULL Looker could easily pay for her.
