BEEFMASTER BREEDERS ASSOCIATION

Welcome to the 2025 Spring Showdown Sale. We are pleased to present an outstanding offering of young Beefmaster cattle. This sale marks the continuation of our 50th Golden Anniversary Year. The first 30 heifers listed in the catalog are all selected from the Live Oak Heifer Development Program conducted at Landair, Inc. in Beeville, Texas. As a service to our members, this program is designed where LOBBA members can grow and develop young heifers to reach full breeding soundness and marketability.

The mission of this program is to grow and condition young heifers on a silage based ration, obtaining scan and performance data needed by the current market and preparing them to meet the needs of purebred breeders. These heifers are listed in age order and will be judged and sale order determined on Friday at the sale site. The Champion in this group will compete for the overall Grand Champion and Reserve Champion Female in the sale. The development of the heifers is complete and they are ready to breed to the bull of your choice. As a result, we proudly present these 30 fall born heifers for your consideration.

BRED HEIFER

CONSIGNOR: Danny Dominguez

We are excited to offer these two outstanding bred heifers that are sired by the great **Sugar Britches bull and out of one of out top donor cows, Simply Synsational. Her first 13 progeny sold are currently averaging just shy of $15,000.00. This mating has been ver y consistent for us. The full brother to these beautiful heifers just sold at this year’s Live Oak Bull Sale and demanded $22,000.00 and another out of Dream Catcher for $18,000.00. These two beautiful heifers combine the class, style and femininity we have come to expect from Simply Synsational along with the consistent added power, design and predictability from Sugar Britches. In addition, these two heifers are bred 6 months to a powerful polled Lyssy Big Chief son, C 1168913 bringing in the Jewella and Miss Buff cow families. Feel free to contact me for any information at 361-522-2586.
