Welcome to Peterson Prime Angus Ranch 2nd Annual Female Sale. We are excited to be offering more of our elite genetics to customers across the country. Our bulls are being productive in over 19 different states as far away as California, New York, and Mexico. The females we are offering in this sale are some of the top genetics in the breed.
The past 13 years we have been marketing our bulls through Gardiner Angus Ranch. We really enjoy working with Mark, Greg and the Gardiner family and appreciate their trust in our breeding program.
This year we will also be marketing bulls with Kenny Hinkle and Hinkle Prime Cut Angus. Getting to know Kenny and family has been one of the real joys of being in the Angus business.
This year we start out with a real special female. P392 is a Transcendent/ Hometown daughter with a 2.45 Marbling, 266$B and 412$C. She is the dam of the number ONE marbling heifer in the breed with a 2.73 EPD and the number 3 non-parent bull with 2.71 Marbling EPD. She is really hard to part with, but we can’t keep them all.
For the first time we are offering some pregnancies and flushes from some of the top bulls and dams in the breed. A special heifer pregnancy from P392 and Ambitious and another unique Ambitious heifer pregnancy out of B & B Fireball 0FO4 the dam of B&B Preeminent owned by ST Genetics. Also 938 and a 938/Peak Draft Pick Heifer pregnancy. 938 is a Transcendent donor out of the FB genetics program.
All the heifers are being sold open as many we feel are donor quality and want you to have the opportunity to flush or breed to your bull of choice this fall.
We stand behind everything we sell and look forward to making new friends in the cattle business. One of the great blessings of raising great cattle is meeting so many wonderful people in the purebred business.
Special thanks to my wife Kathy and our family who have been so supportive and excited about the ranch. We have been blessed with six grandkids who love being on the ranch and checking on the cows. Another special thank you to our Ranch Manager Jason DeVore. We wouldn’t be successful without his work ethic and dedication to our program. Also, would like to thank Kyle Sprague for helping get our program off the ground 13 years ago.
I would like to continue to dedicate our program to those who went before us. Our kids are the 5th generation who has raised cattle in Missouri. We want to continue their legacy and make them proud of what we do every day.

Transfers will be made at the completion of payment. All lots will transfer ownership and risk at the fall of the gavel. Shipping cost of animals or genetic lots are at the cost of the buyer unless otherwise arranged. Other guarantee and warranty information can be found under the standard terms and conditions of the American Angus Association. Payments must be made within 30 days of the completion of the sale. If not paid within 30 days, buyer is subject to 1.5% interest per month. Any feed, boarding and veterinary costs for live lots will be added to the bill after 30 days if payment is not received.
