Climate Responsive Facade Responsive to sunlight intensity, the proposed facade will automatically adjust the openings, thus allowing adequate light into the building while obstructing extra heat, reducing the need for passive cooling.
Multi-function open space - can be used for festive celebrations, temple rituals (the space is adjoining a local temple), commercial and retail activities and hangout space for residents.
Pedestrianizing J.M. Road to make the street more vibrant. The street has been incorporated with plenty of green areas and plantation to provide shade for bikers and pedestrians while creating a healthy living and working environment

UNDERGROUND RAPID TRANSIT SYSTEM
PEDESTRIAN NETWORK Most of the site is pedestrianized completely to promote Non-Motorized Planning. The pedestrian streets are surrounded by green and socially vibrant spaces to create a healthy and safe place to travel and spend time.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT STATION: The transit station (combining BRTS and Metro station) is directly connected to the proposed business hub, making public transport a viable and practical option of commute for the employees.
CYCLE NETWORK Pedestrian network is combined with well planned and lush green cycle network to encourage residents to travel by cycles than by motor vehicles.
WILDERNESS CITY, PUNE, INDIA
WATER TRANSIT SYSTEM: Mula-Mutha river trisects the entire city of Pune and hence river is used as one of the modes of urban transport system. Proposing water transport on the banks of river will help in regenerating the river side and making the place full of life and vibrancy.
UNDERGROUND METRO: Metro System is also proposed underground to allow free pedestrian and cycle movement on ground. Metro network will help in reducing travel time while reducing the city's carbon footprint. UNDERGROUND BRTS: Bus Rapid Transit System is proposed underground to allow free pedestrian and cycle movement on ground. BRTS network supports pedestrian network, allowing users to travel farther, while discouraging the use of motor vehicles.
SMART URBAN TRANSPORT
Software Used: AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, Lumion, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign River Side Entrance: The main entry point to proposed business hub is from Mula-Mutha river. The river trisects the entire city of Pune, which makes water transport a viable and attractive mode of public transit system. Introducing water transport and river side entrance will also ensure lively river banks full of varied recreational and commercial activities.
River Front Activities: River Front Regeneration aims to recapture lost essence of Mula-Mutha river as 'The Spine of Pune City'. It creates a vibrant and colorful environment, free of pollution and traffic, through various recreational activities, promoting social interaction, cultural integration and a healthy lifestyle.

Co-Working Spaces: Co-working spaces, proposed close to the river front, with outdoor seating areas, promotes informal way of working amidst nature. These spaces can be rented by anyone temporarily looking for an informal working space.
Private Office Cabins: Individual office buildings to support small scale start-ups, promoting informal working environment close of nature. These spaces are surrounded by outdoor exhibition and workshop spaces.
Hangout/Recreational Spaces: Flexible spaces promoting social interaction for employees, recreational ambiance and a platform for employees to network and grow professionally.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT HUB: The transport hub aims to integrate BRTS and Metro system, forming a well connected urban transport network throughout the site, reducing commute time and carbon footprint of the city.
JOGGING TRACK: Jogging and cycling track is designed along the riverside, encouraging residents to exercise and cycle amidst nature.
CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA: Play area is proposed on the river front for children to enjoy and engage with other children, while enjoying the scenic beauty and freshness of river side.
COMMERCIAL STREET: An informal and vibrant commercial street is proposed on the river backs. The street comprises of souvenir shops, retails, cafe and restaurants, providing a platform for people to interact and engage with each other.
DOCK AREA (WATER TRANSPORT): The entire strech of Mula Mutha river will have similar Ports, used as a mode of public transport.

CYCLE PARKING: Designated parking area is designed for the restaurants on the riverbank to encourage people to use cycles as a mode of transport.

Through the stairs in side the building, people can go down to the basement layer. There are some leisure functionsin the midle of the buiding.
