GUIDE FOR ABSENTEE BIDDERS 委託競投指引 Commission Bids
If the bidder is unable to attend an auction in person, we will make every effort to bid for the prospective buyers who instruct us to bid on their behalf by using the forms attached to the explanations of the catalogue; Commission bids are subject to auction conditions. The situation at the auction may prevent the Company from making the bid as commissioned. This is a free service provided by the Company to the prospective buyers pursuant to the provisions prescribed. The Company will not be held legally liable if it fails to make the bid as commissioned. Prospective Buyers should attend the auction in person if they wish to ensure a successful bid. Bid commission instructions are delivered to the Company prior to the auction. And please make sure to provide accurate Lot numbers, description and the maximum bid price that the buyer is willing to pay for each Lot. Appropriate bids will be rounded down to the nearest amount consistent with the bidding increments. If the Company receives several commission bids for one particular item, with all bid prices being equal and of the highest bid price at the auction, priority shall be given to the Buyer whose bid commission is delivered to the Company first.
Example to use the Absentee Bid Form

委託競投 如買家未能親身出席拍賣會作出競投，可使用印於目錄說明之後 之表格，指示本公司代為競投，本公司將盡適當努力代其競投， 且不超出買家所指示之最高價格。由於此項承擔乃本公司為準買 家按所述條款提供之免費服務，如未能按委託作出競投，本公 司將不負任何法律責任。委託競投之承擔受拍賣時之其他承諾所 限，而拍賣進行之情況可能使本公司無法代為競投。 代為競投指示須於拍賣前送抵本公司，並確保正確填寫拍賣品編 號及描述，以及買家願意就每件拍賣品支付之最高成交價。如適 當時，買家之競投價將會被大概調整至最接近拍賣官之遞增競投 金額。如本公司就某一拍賣品而收到多個委託競投之相等競投 價，而在拍賣時此等競投價乃該拍賣品之最高競投價，則該拍賣 品會歸其委託競投最先送抵本公司之人。

The auctioneer retains the right to call bids at his own discretion, the bidding increment will give buyers an indication of regular bid steps. When making order bids, to record your bid according to the normal increments. Unusual bid will be recorded to the lowest regular increment.

Successful Bids Successful bidders will receive an invoice issuing the purchasing Lots and instructions for payment and goods collections.
成功競投 成功作出競投之買家，將收到本公司之發票，發票將載有其購買 拍賣品之資料、付款及交貨指示。
