Getting Around

It’s easy to reach Prescott from any other part of the state. After all, Prescott is located near the geographic center of Arizona. Approaching Prescott from Phoenix, you will travel on I-17 to Route 69 – about a two-hour, 100-mile trip, in total. From the north, you’d take I-17 south from Flagstaff to Route 169, and then Route 69 – once again, about a two-hour, 100mile trip. A little further to the west, take Route 89 south from I-40 at Ash Fork and you’ll be in Prescott about an hour later.
