Cruise In for the Veterans 11th Annual Car Show

April 22 turned out to be a perfect day for cruising among the tons of shiny cars and motorcycles in Findlay Toyota Center’s parking lot in Prescott Valley. The new location made room for the new motorcycle section and more than 500 entries into an event that’s grown to be the largest show of its kind in Northern Arizona. Raffle prizes, a silent auction, food, music and free McDonald’s snacks for kids were offered throughout the day. Only veterans were eligible to vote for the winners and several booths from groups offering services to veterans were set up. More than $30,000 was raised for local organizations that help veterans in need.
