This project in Cordoba, between urban scale and architectural scale, wants to reconnect people of district «San Basilio» with the Guadalquivir river running through the city. In fact, a landscaped merlon separates these two entities, and the Cordobes of this part of the city live through this frustrating situation daily. The park is explained by the low altitude of San Basilio district, and therefore the need to make a dike. The proposal we bring is divided into two parts: first, the reorganization of the shorelines, more elongated, to simplify the flow of pedestrian traffic, then, creating a multitude of small platforms & gateways that allow to live the guadalguivir, by the inside.

This project, is interested by the entrance of the «Phénicien’s Tomb of Tanger». An architecture project like this one, must start by showing respect to the place and circumstances. This imposes a sober project, and refined too. Next, there is the posibility of of a scenography game bigger than the footprint of the architectural element. Indeed, the walkway until the entrance conditions the user. First, the user crossesthe Hadj Mohamed Tazi’s avenue, between buildings of the district. Next the architectural project proposes to him: it’s the extension of the hold way and his division in the space. Now he has two possibilities by a vertical ascent: ,one that rises to heaven, another which sinks into the ground. This makes the project a spiritual project, with an allegory of the sacred by the work on the relation between earth-sky, life-death: dichotomy of good and evil, dominant and dominated, almost like yin & yang! Up, the observatory, an overhead view of the tombs. At the same time, underground, an exhibition hall tells us the story. Climbing to heaven, and halfway up the stairs, a window emerges, frames the sky, the sea, and the horizon that share them. The horizon as a drop point, the horizon as «debt that every man has to pay», death. But the horizon also as perspective, as a line of sight, as a common project, as a hope of Hummanity.

From far away, we can appreciate two containers. Located between land and sea, both raised. The yellow color accentuates the allegory of the container transport, this is like a benchmark: it’s the scenography of the project: a call. Besides, the yellow is the complementary color of the blue, this confrontation to the role of crossing the project with the sea the sky. The two containers are juxtaposed by the door that closes the stairs.. this area is converted into a connection area, into a link: •physically, the doors are in contact •horizontally, between the bridge and the spaces on the water •vertically, the staircase allows to go up to the top of the project, or to go down under water •visually, it’s something right, it’s the strong line of the project. the program is organized as a funnel : the further you go, the more the spaces are private and intimate. First the architecture agency: •Hall for customers, with WC and chair. •Next, the architect’s desk • Then, the kitchen is the connection point between the workshop and the home, because it’s a technical space that serves both the workshop and the home. The underwater WC has an incredible view of the sea. Traffic in the building is the key point of the project. Because it’s straight, parallel to the length of the project, and perpenticular to the banks. Facing

First of all, the project is a confession of belonging to the world of education. In the «Campus Reina Mercedes», the children’s school welcomes a younger audience than other universitys and schools nearby. The project is adjusted as an entity of complex education, and for that reason, it adopts the same materiality: small red bricks. The morning, it’s a moment of stress for the parents to bring childrens to the school. Because they have to go to work. It’s why there is a cafeteria in the school, to drink coffee and take a short time of tranquility. Later, when they come back for the children, they can buy their bread because the cafeteria is also a bakery. The circulation inside the project is distributed by different zones. A wing for the administration and the technical parts, with the principal office, the staff room, the heating, and secretary near the vestibule that makes a «buffer zone» between this wing and the public wing with the cafeteria, the public toilets, access to the classrooms...
The multi-use room has a large exposure to the sun, with a glass wall to the west. This allows a natural lighting, without too much heat, because the classes are in the morning, and as you know the sun rises to the east and sets to the west. Moreover, as the room is in the subsoil, the light does not enter directly, it is a diffuse light. The staircase of the corridor administration, allows a limit for the children. In fact, between 3 to 6 years, stairs are obstacles to overcome, but also allows adults to return in their spaces, without doing everything around the building. The existing building is covered with a new thickness of concrete («Parallel Striped Concrete»), the same for the entire independent block and the entrance. On this sort of ormignon, you can grow a plant wall (see elevations and perspectives).
The soul of a school, is composed of laughter, crying, shouting, fights, gauging eyes, stories, dreams ... It is the children who give the soul to the building. It’s why the choice of an architect is relatively minimal, it is the possibility, the invitation, to appropriate life with the architecture.

students center of

with Emiliana Sanchez Lianko, Olga Ciero Benitez, Tristan Oliva Perez and Ulises Iglesias Sanchez
The «Students Center Las Delicias» finds its name of its proximity with «Las Delcias’s Bridge» and of course the famous «Avenue of Las Delicias», and announce the good time that we come to get here. In fact, with its three courtyards, the center offers an intern life near of the «Andalusian way of life» whereas from the outside, it seems really closed. The project consists of two parts: a horizontal, of corten, and «dark»; the other vertical, of concrete and clearer. This is the dialogue , and the strength of the architectural gesture: the confront. Just cross the road of the RAZA, to be at the « port of Sevilla». The wall that makes it all the way around, is also of corten. It reinforces the integration of the project in the landscape. The height of the tower of the center, it is a little bit higher than social housing there are just around of it. It speaks of several wills: - keep the neighborhood’s general skyline - register the project as a public building. New it’s easy to find it and it’s like a landmark in the urban sphere.

+246 ? The allegory of the center of Montpellier is marked by the famous «Arceaux», dated 1771. 246 years later, we propose a contemporary interpretation of shape of «Arceaux», now, in the new borders of the town. The exercice is +246 parasitic
about the mainly
notion of four
parasite. entities:
• The walk along the «Lez» (river crossing Montpellier) The project crossed the promenade, and invite passers-by to its discovery, to its appropriation. The internal circulation to the project is perpendicular at the circulation of the promenade: it lead to «walk on water». • The landscape +246 propose in the district, a new architectural writing, and a new form. This is a result of the choice of materials processing, very different from the materials of architecture there is around the project. • Daily local activities Picnickers on the banks of the Lez can enjoy of a new exterior space, the yard, to protect yourself from the sun or bad weather,. • Urban space +246 blurs the borders of private and public because proposing semi-private (youth hostel) and private (residence ERASMUS).
48
At the beginning, the implantation on the Lez, due to the card «float», induced the constraint of climbing to 5m above the level of water, to resist floods. This has defined the room for manoeuvre of the program at the ground floor. The public space already exists, and without losing qualities, gains a courtyard. Vaulted has been chosen as a successful structure response, allowing large crossings, and also limits the density of matter at the ground floor. Thus the building retains the desired property. For a question of use, we create «funnel of intimity» in a large urban space. The circulation into the building allows a path from the public to the private, diagonally: the more you go to the water, and the higher you go, the more the public space is private. At the end there is the ERASMUS housing. About the material. We put what we call «optical illusion about mass reports» : heavy upstairs and light on the ground floor, whereas the materials translate the opposite... concrete (heavy) at the ground floor and wood (light) upstairs. By the material work, but especially by the relation between both parts of the building, «the tear cut adrift» a part of a building floats on the Lez. We talked about the parasite of daily activities. We propose a public terrace where students and district workers (because the presence of the library and the university of economics + secondary sector and tertiary sector) can can come to enjoy the shaded space, with the urban furniture, and the nice view.

For +246,we tried to propose a living space by the visual report, the proximity, altimetry, Le bandeau cuisine est un élément désigné, simple et ergonomique, part entièrement dans la on one side, «chill-out room» and the cafeteria, and on the other qui side, prend the rooftop and composition architecturale . On le retrouve dans la cafétéria (x4), et dans le salon de la résidence the terace: erasmus. Il est modulable, et générateur demeeting vivre-ensemble. Is the synergy of a space of and plural activities!

Cantoustal, ÂŤla maison qui chanteÂť in Occitan (local language in the South of France), houses a family of four musicians. This explains the recording studio underground, and the wide living room, convenient for family Jam Session around the fire. Both teenagers enjoying a special space for them: all the first floor, indoor and outdoor. The terace facing south west, eencourage outdoor life, to cook, with the worktop crossing. The natural stone wall reminds us that we are in Murviel les Montpellier, little town steeped in history as evidenced by his archaeological excavations.
