MAJOR PROJECTS Mullins Bay Townhouses (2016 - Present) Services Rendered – Architectural Measured Survey, Damage Assessment Photography and Reporting, Client Consultations, Architectural Drawing Reproductions, Architectural Marketing Material Creation ü Conducted a measured survey and produced the corresponding architectural drawing set. ü Captured photographic images of physical wear and tear to townhouse units. ü Discussed damage findings and shared digital documents with property management team & owner. ü Created rendered floor plans of existing townhouse units to be used for rental and sales marketing material.

Glendon Hospital, Montserrat (2014) Services Rendered – Project Management ü Ensured the design team; Zeidler Partnership Architects, Canada, the principal team; FDL Consult Inc., and the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering team; Sir Frederick Snow & Partners Ltd. were always working with the correct iterations of design drawings throughout the design phase of the project.

ü Guaranteed the minutes of the meetings were accurately captured and distributed to the respective entities. ü Provided Architectural design analyses of the Schematic and Preliminary Design phases to the client and other teams to ensure the overall project scope and vision were thoroughly understood.

Vieux Fort Infant School, St. Lucia (2011) Services Rendered – Client Consultations, Three-Dimensional Visualisations and Construction Drawings ü Completed a trip to St. Lucia as part of a Design Consultant team to meet with the client to determine the necessary interventions that would be required to undertake renovations to the structural integrity of 5 Infant schools by Stantec Consulting Caribbean Ltd. ü Prepared the necessary Construction Drawings for Vieux Fort Infant School.

Caribbean Homes – The Villages at Coverly, Barbados (2009) Services Rendered - Three-Dimensional Visualisations ü Provided three-dimensional rendered images of the four housing units represented in the housing development and rendered floor plans of each unit for brochure inclusion.

Caribbean Island Engineers Limited - Uwi Bus Shelter, University of the West Indies Cave Hill, Barbados (2009) Services Rendered - Three-Dimensional Visualisations and Consultations ü Provided three-dimensional rendered images of the proposed bus shelter and consultation services to rectify an issue of shading brought about by the final placement of UWI Bus Shelter.

ü Covered the elevation and design details portion of the working drawings under the supervision of the Principal Architect and provide a three dimensional rendered image highlighting the four buildings going on site as well as an artistic impression for the construction billboard.
