Putting a price on a tenanted investment where the site has such a large infrastructure commitment and is specialised to a certain tenant isn’t easy. Therefore, the team decided to take the property to market by way of an expression of interest campaign to test the market and provide feedback for our vendor. The 4 week campaign was a success with a large number of enquiries coming from multiple states in Australia and 1 official expression of interest. The feedback throughout the campaign was enough to take that initial offer and begin negotiations between the interested party and any other enquiry who showed interest in participating after the campaign finished.

After multiple offers, and enough evidence to make an informed decision, the vendor accepted an offer with a short conditional and settlement period. Both parties were happy with the result and the tenant has already built a great rapport with their new vendor.
