We found a tenant that had a strong interest in buying but didn’t have the capital at first. After establishing a lease on the property, we put the tenant in contact with a commercial broker we work closely with to help our clients secure a property for their business. Their circumstances were unique and it took a couple of months of financing options to find the right option but in the end it secured a sale.

The vendor was happy with the result as they were paying rent during the contract stage so the unit wasn’t vacant and was providing an income on the property.
