David was able to match suitable properties and secure partial tenancy occupancy of 600m2 of a client’s development site which had no successful tenants found with other marketing agents. Given the offer was conditional upon a successful tender, it allowed the owner to continue marketing for the balance of their development site minimising their risk while the approval came through. Containers for Change quickly recognized they will need the full site of 1,139m2 once the approval came through which took the property off the market.
