As interest rates are at an all time low, investors are settling for yields between 5.5% - 6.5% across multiple asset classes and owners are taking advantage by selling while the market is hot. The NSW & VIC market is experiencing even tighter yields than QLD; therefore, interstate buyers are looking north. Based on our enquiry, at least 50% of investors are coming from interstate and majority of them are happy to purchase sight unseen.
