MARKET UPDATE We are excited to announce that the swim school in Aura Business Park now has their branding up which is now another element to establishing the business park as a onestop-shop for the local community. LEASING UPDATE Inspections in Aura for leasing stock has increased significantly with 2 offers currently in play & more feedback expected to come through over the next week or so. With limited stock and majority that are available representing 200-350m2 = $30k - $50k.
