6 PACKER ROAD AURA BUSINESS PARK The Sunshine Coast team was recruited by a first-time developer in Aura Business Park prior to construction to discuss feasibility. The team, through tracking specific local data, suggested an alternative build due to the over supply of smaller stock in the Business Park and the under supply of larger freestanding stock. Taking this advice on board the developer decided to build without internal walls to accommodate one large user. The team didn’t even get to market the property with an attractive offer being accepted within the first week of construction being complete. The rate achieved was above market for the park with the developer and tenant working together to accommodate a great fit out and signage opportunity. Leveraging our database and market knowledge we were able to finalise a great deal for both parties.
