WELCOME

The industrial stock shortage is still the most influential factor in the North Moreton area, with the squeeze on functional options forcing many businesses into multiple-tenancy solutions. There is some relief on the horizon, with construction of the first stage of Corporate Park East nearing completion, but we will be well into 2020 before keys for new buildings will be handed over.

A word from Chris The second quarter of 2019 was definitely a tale of two halves. The prolonged Easter break rolling into an election put the brakes on speculative activity as investors and businesses alike went into stand-by mode. This quickly turned after the election, leading to June being the most productive month of the FY19 year, up 12% on 2018.
