Ray White were appointed agents on a development in Aura Business Park after existing agents weren’t getting many results. Reaching out to our clients we have been working with over the past month to see if they were still looking resulted in a tenant expressing interest in the property. Initially the tenant considered another unit in the business park but after the leasing agent showed them the potential of this space and arranged a meeting with the developer it was a done deal. Understanding the developer knows how best a fitout can accommodate the space, it was a smooth transition for all parties.

To achieve the desired result for the client, our team managed to increase the rent of the property and achieve a result not yet produced at $165m2.
