WELCOME! Christmas is a time of wonder, of enchanted stories and memorable occasions with family and friends. It is a time to celebrate tradition and to look forward to a new year filled with opportunity. With this in mind, we have carefully crafted our menus to harmonise the old with the new, to marry tradition and innovation, to blend the comfort of familiarity with the excitement of stylish modernity. This year we have introduced a musical element to our visual concept. Our menus feature excerpts from some of our favourite carols, and often times simply seeing the words on a page is enough to evoke the unique magic of Christmas. ‘Tis the season, after all! As you go through our diverse menus, we hope you enjoy our chefs’ carefully crafted selections, and we look forward to welcoming you and your loved ones to the Radisson Blu Resort, St. Julian’s this Christmas! STAFF PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS • A confirmation of an event must be advised in writing by the event organiser. A tentative booking not confirmed will be released after 7 days if no deposit is received. • Deposit - A 25% Deposit of the event will be required on confirmation of an event. • The final number of guests attending the event needs to be provided at least 24 hours beforehand; and charged according to the final number provided by client. If this is not provided the charge will be based on the last number given. • In the event that no final number is provided, the hotel reserves the right to charge the original number proposed at quote stage. • Remaining full payment to be settled on the day or as agreed. • Cancellations must be notified in writing at least 7 days before the actual day of the event. The resort reserves the right to retain any deposits for cancellations notified after the 7-day period.
