MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS Health and Safety are of prime concern to us. Members who disregard health and safety-related directions and hotel lido policies will be asked to leave and may forfeit their membership. Members wishing to host accompanying guests are kindly asked to contact the Food and Beverage Management team prior to coming, to ensure that we have availability and thus avoid disappointment. Accompanying clients need to purchase a Day Use package. Membership cards are not transferable and are to be presented when requested. The Elite and IHI privilege card discounts are not applicable on the Day Rates or Seasonal rates. When discount cards are used, personal identification may be required. All adults must wear the wristbands provided. The Management reserves the right to forfeit membership in case of inappropriate behaviour. This membership does not include the use of the main pool, indoor pool, jacuzzi and fitness centre. No sunbeds may be reserved at the Edge Lido. All unattended towels and other belongings will be removed. Only food and drinks purchased from the hotel outlets can be consumed at the Lido. 5 DAY

No use of Hi-Fi equipment is allowed. Use of the lido and any of its facilities shall be at the sole risk or the person/s using it. Children must be monitored at all times by parents or guardians. The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage of any personal belongings. No inflatable items, other than children’s safety rings and armbands, are allowed in the lido. Should the need arise, the management reserves the right to use any part of the lido facilities and deny access to members to the lido at all times. The hotel will notify the seasonal members in advance and provide an alternative which the hotel deems fit. The Food and Beverage Management team will contact the Members via email with dates and an alternative. In the event that the hotel will not be in a position to provide the services being offered in terms of the membership, due to or as a result of any instructions, directions or any other measures to this effect, imposed by the Government of Malta or any other Maltese authority, the hotel reserves the right to refund or give credit, pro-rata, the remaining part of the membership. All Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT.
