GASLIGHT SQUARE
Gaslight Square is a three-building, five-story residential condominium complex on a full urban block in Arlington, VA. Totaling more than 115 units, the complex comprises flats and two-story, loft-style units, some with access to dedicated roof decks. All units have direct access elevators.
The structural system employed allows each unit to have windows on front and rear faces. The result is a stunning blend of indoor and outdoor space in the heart of Arlington—steps from the thriving commercial core and the area’s public transportation system.
The location has the key elements people like in a city, with the comforts and privacy of a single-family townhouse combined with the ease of maintenance of a multi-story condominium.

700 CONSTITUTION
After sitting vacant for several years, this 1920s-era hospital in the heart of Washington, DC’s Capitol Hill neighborhood was converted into a luxury apartment building through a complete roof to basement renovation. The renovation and site work will preserve the historic qualities of the building that fit in with the neighborhood’s style, meeting the expectations of young professionals moving into the District.
The building has 139 units with a rooftop deck, outdoor courtyard, fitness center, community room, yoga studio, an e-lounge, package delivery system, among other amenities. While challenging, the building’s history gives it some unique qualities like high ceilings, large windows, and a lot of natural light—a fresh open style, and a quality interior environment.

HARBORSIDE AND MARINA LANDING 03
This charming and relaxing waterfront mixed-use development is situated on the Occoquan River. Marina Landing and Harborside at Belmont Bay bring new townhouses, condominiums, and retail to the area.
The townhouses at Marina Landing offer three full levels with a large second floor patio overlooking the Belmont Bay Marina and plenty of windows to take in the views of the Occoquan River. Residents enjoy multiple Belmont Bay amenities including waterfront walking paths, community pools, and tennis courts.
Boat owners are offered rental slips at the Belmont Bay Marina conveniently located across the street from their homes. Golfers can get in 18 holes at the end of the day at the nearby golf course and still be home in time to enjoy the sunset.

AURA APARTMENTS
To meet current and future residents’ expectations in a rapidly evolving and growing neighborhood, the management team of Aura Apartments in Pentagon City turned to Architecture, Inc. to reimagine and refresh the public spaces and resident amenities in the twotower community.
Across 10,400 sf on the first floor of both buildings, the design team updated residential lobbies, the leasing center, and the resident fitness area. Other areas included mail and package rooms for both towers, and several informal meeting areas in a business center and throughout both lobbies. New furniture and finishes are clean and modern, in cool hues of blue and grey. Artwork throughout adds a pop of color and texture.
