We first used Brad in 2014 when we bought our first home First time home buying can be a daunting journey, but Brad made it a seamless process He professionally explained the market conditions, the buying processes, and helped us find a house we loved and lived in for six years We never felt pressured by Brad to stretch our budget or put an offer on a house that wasn’t good value We were close to putting an offer on one house, but Brad advised against it as he thought we would be overpaying Brad could have advised us to buy, and got his commission sooner, but he truly put our, his clients’, best interest at the forefront That, honestly, is the best thing you can look for in an agent
Given an out of state move for work, we then sold our first home with Brad, and his brother Will, during the thick of the 2020 Covid pandemic Brad and Will managed the difficult Covid environment exceptionally, and we sold the house at a great price and return on our investment We moved back to the area and rented for two years before calling again on Brad and Will to help us with our second home purchase in 2022 We were very set on a specific home location, an area with great demand and quick sales We lost out on a couple offers, which was frustrating at the time, but Brad and Will helped us diligently stay the course After about six months of looking in earnest, Brad and Will helped us secure the house of our dreams that I know our growing family will happily live in for years
I don’t rave about service providers often, but I do for the ones that rightfully deserve it Brad and Will Cahill earned and deserve the praise We won’t be need to sell/buy anytime soon, although Brad and Will have us as clients for life They didn’t steer us wrong on our first home purchase, first home sale, and second home purchase, and I guarantee they won’t steer you wrong either You will be in good hands with them
