No service like self-service – our fully integrated and customisable Trackers give your clients access to important information about their property transactions. Landlords can follow the management of their properties, add and view meter readings and works orders, download documents, view tenant references, sign documents and view statements and transactions. Multiple landlord accounts can be viewed from the same login. Tenants have similar capabilities but can also report faults via our integration with Fixflo.

TDS integration – we offer fast and accurate TDS reporting which ensures deposits are registered and that our clients are compliant so that they don’t incur penalties as a result of poor administration.
