Company Background Reapit is by far the largest single supplier of software to the UK’s top 50 estate agents. The software was originally developed as a bespoke application by our Managing Director George Stead and Technical Director Dominic Webb, for George’s estate agency business George Stead based in Fulham, London in 1994. As the software began to take shape in 1996 the estate agency business was sold to FPD Savills, the software was retained by George and Dominic and Reapit was founded. John D Wood & Co and Chesterfields (now part of Savills) were among the first Reapit clients to use the software and since then the company has gone from strength to strength. It has developed an impressive client list, ranging from family run independent firms to national corporate companies. This strong growth has been achieved purely by word-of-mouth recommendation as Reapit has channeled investment towards the development and support of its software. In February 2005 Reapit joined forced with Phoenix Software Solutions to truly become the undisputed number one software company serving over half of the Top 50 UK estate agents. No other company has the experience of supporting the larger or more demanding estate agencies in this marketplace.

To support our growing client base we have expanded to five offices nationwide. Our head office is located in Fulham and we have support and training centres in Birmingham and Leeds. In 2008 we opened the Edinburgh office to support our growing Scottish client base and established a centre of website excellence in Milton Keynes. We currently employ around 50 staff. Being an independent company means we can offer truly impartial advice in relation to all aspects of software and services. We have no ties to any portals or media groups, meaning there is no conflict of interest when it comes to selling our services. Client Care At Reapit we believe that caring for our clients is one of the most important aspects of our business. The very moment you place your order you will be given a dedicated Project Manager to ensure a smooth rollout of the software. They will listen to how you run your business and work with you to develop methods and automated routines that will help you streamline your processes and generate more business. As a consumer it is all very well having bought a fantastic product, but what if you don’t know how to get the best from it? We initially provide a series of basic to intermediate training sessions when you first take the software. These are usually conducted on your premises in small manageable groups. You certainly won’t be asked to drive half way round the country to sit in a generic lecture room with other agents. However, if you do prefer to send staff away from the office, then this can be accommodated at one of our five offices nationwide. We also understand that the world of estate agency is ever changing and as such our software is enhanced to keep pace with the times.
