RULES AND REGULATIONS ON ELECTRICAL SERVICES The organizer has officially appointed A PLUS UTILITY MANGEMENT to take a full responsible for these following services 1. Standard electricity supply 1.1 There are two main power supply circuits : "Lighting Power Circuit" and "For Exhibit Power Circuit." 1.2 The standard supply is a single phase AC 220V, 50Hz with approximately 10% voltage fluctuation. For the safety of your equipment, please use a stabilizer. 1.3 Other requirements such as single phase 110V, 50Hz or three phase 220V, 50Hz can be specially arranged up on request, please contact our representatives . 1.4 All electrical motors must have independent automatic protection against excessive current surge. The Following starter systems should therefore be used : 1.4.1 Direct on line : for up to 5 Hp motor 1.4.2 Star delta : for 5 to 25 Hp motor 1.4.3 Auto transformer : for above 25 Hp motor 2. Standard shell scheme booth electricity 2.1 The electrical system provided by the organizer in a 3.00 x 3.00 m standard shell scheme booth compris sets of 40 W fluorescent lamps and 1 (one) 5 Amp socket point with all electrical consumption charges included. 2.2 The Electrical Services Order Form is divided into 4 sections Section A : for exhibitors who need electrical services for their exhibits only . Section B : for exhibitors who require individual light fittings Section C, D : for exhibitors using their own special light fittings, either installed by themselves or by A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. 2.3 Additional electrical requirements have to be ordered through the Electrical Services Order Form with locations for installation specified. Please read the terms. 2.4 It is mandatory for those exhibitors who have been authorized to use their own special lighting to order electrical sources using Section C or D on the Electrical Order Form. 2.5 The organizer reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installations, which in the opinion of A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd., could be harmful or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors. 2.6 Power supplies to the exhibits will be switched off at source 30 minutes after the exhibition closes every evening and 60 minutes after closing on the final day of the exhibition. Exhibitors who require 24 hours electricity supply to their specific requirements should apply accordingly to A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. before the deadline. 2.7 Any illegal connection or adaptation, using of multiple outlet adaptors, or any extension from the socket point found would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification.


RULES AND REGULATIONS ON ELECTRICAL SERVICES 3. Special design booth or raw space electricity 3.1 Exhibitors who apply for "Space Only" to build up special designed stands must submit their electrical order together with their layout plan before the deadline. 3.2 General Hall lighting will be provided by organizer. All power supplies within the booths as well as for demonstrations can be installed by your own electrical contractors upon the organizer's approval. Exhibitors should complete and return the order form with full payment to A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. within the stated deadline. For safety's sake, exhibitors are strictly not allowed to connect their exhibits or lighting to the building's main distribution The organizer reserves the right to stop power supply in case of improper connections. 3.3 The contractors appointed by exhibitors must submit details of electrical installations, layout and specifications to the organizer within the deadline indicated on the Order Form. The following requirement must be stated, otherwise, the application may not be considered. 3.3.1 Company name of the contractor. 3.3.2 Names and identification card / passport number of the attending electrical personnel. 3.3.3 Specification and rating in watts per unit of the light fitting. 3.3.4 Layout drawings made by the contractor. 3.3.5 Completed Electrical Order Form 3.4 Approved electricians can collect their personal badges / working permits from the organizer's show manager office in the exhibition hall by providing their own identification cards in exchange. 3.5 All proper power input terminals must be installed by the approved contractor for inspection by A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. prior to connection to the supply line. 3.6 Priority will be given to those exhibitors who order their electrical from A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. 3.7 Any illegal connection or adaptation, using of multiple outlet adaptors, or any extension from the socket point found would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification. 3.8 No flashing lights will be permitted unless they from an integral part. 3.9 The organizer reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installations, which in the opinion of A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd., could be harmful or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors

3.10 All electrical installations must conform strictly to the required standard safety regulations without exception.

Violation of these rules may result in the immediate disconnection by authorized agents.

- On site payment could only be made by cash - All item will be energized on the last set-up date 1.00 PM - Early Discount rate is for orders and payments received before deadline, late orders may not be accommodated. If accepted, Standard Rate will be in effect from deadline - The customer will receive only 30% refund for any cancellation during set up time. There will be no refund for cancellation during show days. - One socket must be used for one exhibit only at a time. Multipoint connection is not allowed to prevent the risk of power overload. - The standard supplies are 220V and 380V with approximately 10% voltage fluctuation. PACKING Exhibitors are advised to provide strong packing cases for the transportation of the exhibits which can withstand unpacking and repackaging operations. For main exhibits, we recommend bolted returnable type of cases to be used. This is to avoid unnecessary repair and reconstruction of cases in the event of damages due to handling whilst in transit. STORAGE OF EMPTY CASES Empty cases will be stored within the exhibition site if space is available. Your cases will be marked and stored systematically under shelter during the exhibition period in order to facilitate quick and early retrieval for the re-packaging at the end of the exhibition. Note for freight forwarders: Container detention fee will be levied by shipping lines for containers kept in use for an extended period of time. Free days allowed by shipping lines are usually up to 3 days after the discharge of containers at the port. Should you require us to keep the container within the exhibition site for storage purposes and subsequent re-export; you are to inform us of the container detention fee that has been negotiated with the shipping line.

CUSTOMS REGULATIONS The Thai Customs are strict and thorough in their examination of goods. All packages can be expected to be opened and contents checked against the Combined Commercial Invoice & Packing List. HEAVY FINES will be imposed on the exhibitor in cases of ‘UNDERVALUATION’, ‘NON-DECLARATION’, and ‘ERRONEOUS DECLARATION’. In such cases, Agility shall not be responsible for any delay in clearance. Customs fines and extra expenses incurred shall have to be borne by the exhibitor. Exhibitors are therefore strongly reminded to declare the true market value of their goods and be extremely careful in their preparation of documents. To assist the Thai Customs in their examination, please attach 2 (two) copies of descriptive/illustrative brochures on the underside of the case lid. If possible, please indicate on these brochures, the model number and serial number of the exhibits. PERMANENT IMPORTATION BROCHURES AND GIVEAWAY ITEMS Brochures and giveaway items are permitted entry into Thailand but some are subject to import duties of between 10% and 60% of the CIF value. These dutiable items amongst others are leather wallet, leather key holders, T-shirts, ties, scarves, badges and lapel pins. Such items must be packed and declared separately. Please note that import duties will be calculated based on the declared value or customs assessed value, whichever is the greater. ***Duty & tax calculation for printed matter*** Customs duty & tax will be calculated, based on the weight of the exhibits and mode of transport. The different ways to calculate duty & tax are as follows;- Airfreight : Thai Customs will assess the FOB value of printed matter at Bht 100/kg (C), plus all cost of airfreight charges which are declared in AWB (IATA rate) as the cost of freight charge (F), plus insurance premium (I), then the duty rate of printed matter is 10% of CIF Value plus Value Added Tax (VAT) 7% of CIF Value plus Duty. - Seafreight : Thai Customs will assess CIF value of printed matter at US$ 4.252/kg and Customs duty & tax will be applied in the same rate as above at 10% and 7% respectively. Our tariff is computed on the basis of volume and weight and has no correlation with the value of exhibits, it follows that the cost of insurance cover is not included in our charges. FORM B LETTER OF INDEMNITY (Only applicable if exhibitor uses Agility's Bank Guarantee Facility) Indemnity Agreement made on the ........ day of ............... between .................. WHEREAS, Party A wishes to import (hereinafter referred to as 'Goods') into Thailand in order to participate in RechargeExpo Thailand 2014. WHEREAS, Party A wishes to have the exemption from payment of import duties and taxes on the Goods and requests Party B to issue the Bank Guarantee to the Thai Customs Authority on behalf of Party A guaranteeing the re-export of Goods within 2 months from the date of importation of Goods, and WHEREAS, Party B agrees to arrange the bank guarantee for import duties and taxes on the Goods to be imported by Party A. Party A shall import the said Goods (the details of which are as per the attachment) into Thailand for the purpose of exhibiting the Goods at RechargeExpo Thailand 2014 during 28-30 August 2014 and shall re-export the said Goods within 2 months from the date of their importation.

Party B shall arrange the bank guarantee to the Thai Customs Authority for the purpose of exemption of payment of import duties and taxes on the said Goods upon importing goods into Thailand by Party A.

In consideration of Party B arranging the bank guarantee. Party A shall pay Party B a fee based on 2.0 % of CIF value or the value as assessed by the Thai Customs Authority (Minimum charges US$200.00). Party A shall further indemnify and hold Party B harmless from any and/or all liabilities, losses, damages that Party B may suffer as a result of claims, demands, costs (including attorney's fees) against Party B made by the commercial bank issuing the said bank guarantee to the Thai Customs Authority resulting from Party A's failure to prevent the Goods - in whole or in part - being sold without payment of duties/taxes, missing, disposed off, consumed, given away or donated or for whatsoever reasons, and/or failure to reexport the goods within the period as warranted by Party B to the Thai Customs Authority.

In any event Party B shall have a general lien on the Goods.

FORM C ATA CARNET Thailand has become a subscriber of the ATA Carnet system, effective from 30th December 1994 onwards. Overseas exhibitors participating in international trade fairs/ exhibitions in Thailand can use ATA Carnet for Temporary admission of their exhibition goods into Thailand. In order to arrange customs clearance, Exhibitors or holders of ATA Carnet are requested to send a full set of ATA Carnet together with other shipping documents such as commercial invoice, packing list, catalogues of exhibits and letter of power of Attorney. (See attached draft and please have it typed on holder of ATA Carnet letter head.) Goods on the BL/AWB must be consigned to “AGILITY CO. LTD”, notify same, On the ATA carnet, Do not indicate a name in Name of Representative column - leave it blank; otherwise we will require the representative of the ATA carnet to give us another letter of Attorney. Exhibition goods shall be re-exported after the fair/exhibition within two months after arrival date of exhibits. Any no-return items are subject to import duty and tax. The ATA Carnet will be returned to the holder after the completion of export customs formalities and duty/tax have been paid to Thai customs. Importation of Medical Instrument Please be guided that importation of Medical instrument into Thailand is subject to temporary import license from FDA. The license can be applied upon arrival of the shipment but details of the instrument have to be advised to us in advance. RULES AND REGULATIONS ON ELECTRICAL SERVICES The organizer has officially appointed A PLUS UTILITY MANGEMENT to take a full responsible for these following services 1. Standard electricity supply 1.1 There are two main power supply circuits : "Lighting Power Circuit" and "For Exhibit Power Circuit." 1.2 The standard supply is a single phase AC 220V, 50Hz with approximately 10% voltage fluctuation. For the safety of your equipment, please use a stabilizer. 1.3 Other requirements such as single phase 110V, 50Hz or three phase 220V, 50Hz can be specially arranged up on request, please contact our representatives . 1.4 All electrical motors must have independent automatic protection against excessive current surge. The Following starter systems should therefore be used : 1.4.1 Direct on line : for up to 5 Hp motor 1.4.2 Star delta : for 5 to 25 Hp motor 1.4.3 Auto transformer : for above 25 Hp motor 2. Standard shell scheme booth electricity 2.1 The electrical system provided by the organizer in a 3.00 x 3.00 m standard shell scheme booth compris sets of 40 W fluorescent lamps and 1 (one) 5 Amp socket point with all electrical consumption charges included. 2.2 The Electrical Services Order Form is divided into 4 sections Section A : for exhibitors who need electrical services for their exhibits only . Section B : for exhibitors who require individual light fittings Section C, D : for exhibitors using their own special light fittings, either installed by themselves or by A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. 2.3 Additional electrical requirements have to be ordered through the Electrical Services Order Form with locations for installation specified. Please read the terms. 2.4 It is mandatory for those exhibitors who have been authorized to use their own special lighting to order electrical sources using Section C or D on the Electrical Order Form. 2.5 The organizer reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installations, which in the opinion of A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd., could be harmful or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors. 2.6 Power supplies to the exhibits will be switched off at source 30 minutes after the exhibition closes every evening and 60 minutes after closing on the final day of the exhibition. Exhibitors who require 24 hours electricity supply to their specific requirements should apply accordingly to A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. before the deadline. 2.7 Any illegal connection or adaptation, using of multiple outlet adaptors, or any extension from the socket point found would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification.

Special design booth or raw space electricity 3.1 Exhibitors who apply for "Space Only" to build up special designed stands must submit their electrical order together with their layout plan before the deadline. 3.2 General Hall lighting will be provided by organizer. All power supplies within the booths as well as for demonstrations can be installed by your own electrical contractors upon the organizer's approval. Exhibitors should complete and return the order form with full payment to A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. within the stated deadline. For safety's sake, exhibitors are strictly not allowed to connect their exhibits or lighting to the building's main distribution The organizer reserves the right to stop power supply in case of improper connections. 3.3 The contractors appointed by exhibitors must submit details of electrical installations, layout and specifications to the organizer within the deadline indicated on the Order Form. The following requirement must be stated, otherwise, the application may not be considered. 3.3.1 Company name of the contractor. 3.3.2 Names and identification card / passport number of the attending electrical personnel. 3.3.3 Specification and rating in watts per unit of the light fitting. 3.3.4 Layout drawings made by the contractor. 3.3.5 Completed Electrical Order Form 3.4 Approved electricians can collect their personal badges / working permits from the organizer's show manager office in the exhibition hall by providing their own identification cards in exchange. 3.5 All proper power input terminals must be installed by the approved contractor for inspection by A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. prior to connection to the supply line. 3.6 Priority will be given to those exhibitors who order their electrical from A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. 3.7 Any illegal connection or adaptation, using of multiple outlet adaptors, or any extension from the socket point found would yield electrical disconnection without prior notification. 3.8 No flashing lights will be permitted unless they from an integral part. 3.9 The organizer reserves the right to disconnect the electrical supply to any installations, which in the opinion of A PLUS UTILITY MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd., could be harmful or likely to cause annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors

3.10 All electrical installations must conform strictly to the required standard safety regulations without exception.

Violation of these rules may result in the immediate disconnection by authorized agents.
