Amid new troop deployments to the Middle East, Hero Boxes is planning another shipment of care packages to soldiers serving overseas.

snacks. She’s aiming to send around 200 boxes, depending on how many donations come in. To get the care packages in the mail as quickly as possible, since there won’t be another large packaging event like the one the nonprofit holds each Thanksgiving, volunteers are needed to help sort donations and package them.
