A Cheshire resident, Tilden is a holistic wellness facilitator, a healing arts teacher, practicing Universal White Time Crystal and Gemstone Healing using crystal singing bowls. High, sweet sounds resonated through the room as Tilden struck one of the singing bowls set before and around him. Shortly thereafter, his own voice joined to blend with the sounds rising from the bowls.

A classically trained pianist, Tilden has a background in classical piano performance and music composition. He graduated from Amherst College with a BA in music composition, magna cum laude, and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Master of Music in music composition. Tilden has produced two contemporary classical CDs and two sound healing CDs to date, one of which was produced in Lisbon, Portugal, and to which more than a thousand people attended the CD release party. Currently, Tilden has a position at the Bridge Healing Arts Center in Farmington See Tilden, A13
