The CoStar Power Brokers Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage. Bergin and Russell garnered the recent CoStar honor working collaboratively to lease three bays at 65-145 Furniture Row in Milford. The three bays combined total 40,650 square feet of industrial warehouse space, almost a quarter of the entire 200,000-square-foot facility. With this transaction, the facility is completely leased.
