North Haven Police Department dispatcher Christine Midolo took her last radio call on May 31. After 28 years on the job, Midolo is now settling into retirement. “Blizzards, hurricanes, floods, missing children, hoarders, lives lost, lives saved, domestics, fires, car wrecks, explosions, overdoses, homicides, stolen cars, assaults, suicides, robbery these are just a small taste of the variety of calls Dispatcher Christine Midolo has taken over the last 28 years at North Haven PD,” the department stated on its Facebook page. “That last call was a collective call from North Haven PD and FD, thanking her for her dedication and commitment to the men and women of the North Haven Police and Fire Department, as well as her commitment to the residents of North Haven.
