Newly hired Superintendent of Schools Patrick Stirk isn’t a coffee drinker, but over the last three months he’s spent hours in “staff coffee” groups just to get to know his new co-workers.

“It’s not the newest place, but when you come here, you get great customer service and you always have a good time, for a fairly inexpensive price,” owner Erik Golinowski said.

During the warmer months, Golinowski keeps the business open seven days a week, from noon to around 10 p.m., depending on the activity and day of the week. The Only Game in Town, 275 Valley Service Road, has been in the Golinowski family since 2008, when Erik’s father Olek bought the site. Four years ago this month, Olek died unexpectedly and Erik took over operations almost immediately, at 21-yearsold.
