After its 2020 pandemiccaused hiatus, the Durham Fair will return in 2021. The 101st edition of the fair will be held Sept. 23 to 26. Durham Agricultural Fair Association president Dan Miramant announced the news in a video released on Monday. “We are excited about this decision,” he said. “We promise, in the great traditions of the Durham Fair, to offer your family and friends a good, clean, wholesome, friendly experience. Residents of Durham and Middlefield lie somewhere on the six degrees of separation model in delightful connection with this Strong Middle School educator. Either you have worked with him, or watched him lead a parade down Main Street, Durham, or perhaps attended a concert. If you have a child in the district, then you may have heard of his amazing leadership as a band teacher. And then there is the ultimate: you have been a student in his class, and watched him teach with a mix of ingenuity, humor and patience so genuine that you felt as though you belonged –
