Heart Safe

Richland Fire Department will provide instruction in a 45-minute session on simple, but effective CPR and AED techniques that people can use to help save lives. Ninety percent of cardiac arrest victims die before reaching a hospital or medical facility. Effective CPR provided in the first minutes can increase survival by two to three times. Greeting Card Recycling*
