Instructor: Patti Mason Mondays – Patti's Yoga A beautiful flow of postures combined with active and passive breathing, connecting body, mind, and spirit. Fitness Room

Ages 13+. The Fitness Room is equipped with a Vectra four-station weight machine, free weights, dumbbells, two elliptical trainers, two treadmills, one stationary bike, and two seated step machines. Also available are stability balls, a battle rope, kettlebells, band sets, jump ropes, and a TRX system. Children 13-15 years of age must have adult supervision (18 years or older).

Steppin’ Out w/ Jo

Instructor: Jo Miller This class is a mix of cardio and strengthening. In the first half of class we start out moving to a wide range of music. The second half of class is focused on strength and flexibility using weights, yoga, core work, and lots of stretching for a total body workout. The goal is to have FUN while you get healthier!

Tai Chi

Instructors: Sharon Van Houdt, John Fleming, Bill Powell Classes consist of a brief meditation period, warmup exercises, learning Tai Chi walk and the practice of short and long form Yang style Tai Chi. Reasons for movements and individual/group practices are provided during the sessions, with a primary goal of leaving each class feeling better than when you arrived.
