Feel your physical, emotional, and mental stress release, allowing the body to renew and restore. Creating this homeostasis within the body promotes the body's natural healing process bringing new peace and harmony. Yin Yoga (Hybrid)
Instructor: Dawn MacDonald Yin yoga is great for those wanting a relaxing yoga class that focuses on the deep connective tissues of the body by stretching them gently through mainly seated or reclined poses. Poses are held for a longer duration which allows the mind to relax and unwind. This class is a perfect complement for those who do sports, or to combine with a yoga flow or power yoga practice. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, block, and strap.

Yoga Flow 2 (Hybrid)
Instructor: Dawn MacDonald Merge basic yoga postures with breathing to create a heat-building workout. A cardiovascular workout that combines strength and stretching poses to lengthen and strengthen muscles. Basic yoga experience recommended, although the class is designed for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, and a water bottle.
