Yin Yoga (Hybrid)

Instructor: Dawn MacDonald Yin yoga is great for those wanting a relaxing yoga class that focuses on the deep connective tissues of the body by stretching them gently through mainly seated or reclined poses. Poses are held for a longer duration which allows the mind to relax and unwind. This class is a perfect complement for those who do sports, or to combine with a yoga flow or power yoga practice. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, block, and strap. Yoga Flow 2 (Hybrid)

Instructor: Dawn MacDonald Merge basic yoga postures with breathing to create a heat-building workout. A cardiovascular workout that combines strength and stretching poses to lengthen and strengthen muscles. Basic yoga experience recommended, although the class is designed for all levels.
