Redactive Events Terms and Conditions

redactive events limited Payment Terms: All costs shown exclude VAT. Payment must be made in full 30 days from invoice date or prior to the event, whichever date falls earlier. Failure to pay in accordance with this clause shall entitle Redactive Events Ltd, without prejudice, to terminate the agreement immediately with respect to future supplies and to charge interest at the rate of Bank of England base rate on the amount outstanding together with compensation for debt recovery costs pursuant to the provisions of The Late of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 and as amended and supplemented by The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

Termination: Once booking is confirmed the client cannot cancel and is liable in full for payment of the event General Terms: Redactive Events Ltd will endeavour to uphold all that has been committed to in this agreement, however in the event of any unforeseen, yet necessary changes to the agreement, Redactive Events Ltd will provide the client with verbal notification backed up in writing. Redactive Events Ltd will not be held responsible for any costs incurred to the client through any such changes.

In the fulfilment of certain terms of this agreement, Redactive Events Ltd may employ the services of a reputable third party.

Redactive Events Ltd will not be held liable for refund of any monies paid by the client in respect to this agreement if the confirmed date or venue is subsequently changed, but will provide the client with verbal notification of any changes backed up in writing should the need arise. Redactive Events Ltd will not be held liable for any costs incurred by changes to event dates or venues during the agreement Any advertisements or other promotional materials published as part of this agreement are subject to the standard advertising terms and conditions for Redactive Media Group.

In no event shall Redactive Events Ltd be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of either party, it’s employees or agents or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with work carried out

by Redactive Events Ltd for the client and the entire liability of Redactive Events Ltd shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in relation to conference sponsorship package.

These Terms and Conditions and any agreement to which they apply shall be subject to the Laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts but the Proprietors are entitled, at their sole discretion, to take action in any other competent jurisdiction.
