SUNDARAM HONDA
“
Bs6 is a transition that can be termed as the biggest technological leap the country’s auto industry has taken towards clean air. But it does not mean the end of BS4 or BS3 cars,” says M David Raju, Business Head, Sundaram Honda. He goes on to dispel a few wrong notions going around even as people are eagerly waiting for BS6 emission norms to come into vogue. “BS6 has nothing to do with the performance of the car. Of course there has been a pause in the market as people think all those cars with BS4 and BS3 certificates will either be scrapped or sold for a song. nother of your Goa plans got cancelled? Fret not, Y.Vinodh and M.A. Bharath Kumar bring to Lawsons Bay Colony, a mini Goa for you, sparing you the travel and tavails.
Under the thatched cottage roof of Bamboo is the warm and cozy Bae’s Cappuccino. Made with wood and timber planks used on ships, the café is a Goan style relish with a French menu. Take me for my word, the desserts here are to die for!
Blood Orange, Blue Beach, orange A peel
With an eye for detail and a knack for flavors, for Gayathrii, Baker and Public Relations Manager, each dessert is her ticket to bliss. If you happen to run into Bae’s Instagram page, you will find an array of unbelievably detailed custom cakes featuring miniature versions of birthday girls and celebrating couples, which is sure to make your day and plan for the next big day.
Apart from the desserts, the menu displays quick bites, the best of which have to be the Fish Burger, the Pizza Gamberoni (Pizza of Prawns), and hang me for this, but the Roasted Broccoli Pizza. Yes, Bae’s restores your faith in pizza for it serves the thinnest crust in the city, one that is made in-house with the authentic ingredients. Of course, you cannot leave without trying something from the drinks menu which spans across three pages, spoiling you for choice with its smoothies, mojitos, lemonades, mocktails, coolers, freakshakes, and milkshakes. While turning this café into reality was not a smooth task, Vinodh and Bharath went around the hurdles to build it. Literally, there were two trees, and they went around them to build it.
Pizza Gamberoni
The trees, chilling inside the café, are always eager to welcome you, and so are an array of board games and a foosball table.

Additionally, there is a wireless GPS tracker to send instant notifications when the child crosses the ‘safe zone’, and a wireless emergency SOS button for the elderly to alert you of emergency situations. These completely integrated security systems come to your disposal, enabling a stress-free day at work.

SO NEAR
T
he difference between a house and a home has been talked of time and again, and it ultimately comes down to the basic amenities of comfort, security, and connectedness. As urbanity takes form, basic amenities become harder to achieve. Work takes people away from home, which, empty or in occupancy of the child and his/her grandparents, solicits surveillance and monitoring. This is why home automation is occupying the buzz that it is today. A snap of a finger switches off all appliances locks and unlocks doors, and enables a two-way interaction from any part of the world.
Running a franchise of Milanity, one of the leading automation services providers, Navaradhi Technologies is the only one of its kind in the city that focuses on enabling digital living experiences. While it does bring to the fast paced living a convenience by integrating all devices into one single app, the crux is security. A notification is sent to all members of the family instantly when an unregist -ered user tries to open the door. A video door phone device enables homeowners to view visitors and interact with them from any part of the world. Finally, a button in the app allows you to unlock the door for the visitor with a touch.
And not just security, in a day and age where controlling the events in life is important, equally satisfying is the ability to control your ambience. A personalized automation system enables you to set the tone of your day. Clicking on predefined scenes like ‘Morning’ means a bright lighting and serene music, ‘Relax’ brings down the curtains and dims the lights to create a calm atmosphere. Thanks to Amazon’s Alexa and Google Home, these functions can also be voice controlled.
What is the cost for securing household? How deep do you have to dig into your pocket to create personalised ambiences, you ask? “The complete solution- from installation of devices to their integration into the mobile app costs no more than Rs.3 lakh”, says the Digital Living Architect, S.N.Chaitanya, with a promising and assuring smile.

Vizagapatnam Chamber of
Commerce & Industry (VCCI) has
been rendering transformative services to the city. Observing the emergence of youth population in the business culture and their need for assistance inspired VCCI to

float its Youth Wing this year. The initiative, taken by Kankatala Mallik and Poonam Shah Srinath, is a forum that invites entrepreneurs between the ages of 25 and 40 to come together and benefit from business-related learnings. The forum is to create a clique that will come together under the mentorship of VCCI and gain exposure through a set of activities, including industrial tours, talks, and overall guidance. Launched by the legendary GMR in the Annual General meet of VCCI, the Youth Wing chapter now has strength of 48 inspiring members dedicated to being the change. red caught up with the core committee of the Youth Wing, a dynamic intersection of C.V.Anirudh Rao (President), Divya Abhilash (Vice-President), Rohit Kancharla (Secretary) and Anirudh Kankatala (Treasurer) to talk about the plans and aspirations of the committee.
Shoot by Dhana Vijay
Overview We aim to promote activities for the young & budding tradesmen. They include events related to start up, social and business networking. Being VCCI members, they get the opportunity to connect to all the affiliated organisations, in different cities & countries. This gives them the right exposure. How is the parent body different from the Youth Wing? Members of the parent body are well established. But as young and new entrants, our requirements and goals are different. While they engage in the processes of policy making, our meetings are development oriented. We listen to talks of established CEO’s, hold conversations on topics like the GST implementation or the start up culture and participate in other activities. In fact, the story behind their success is what keeps us inspired. Most of the members in the Youth Wing are inheritors of the family business. So the challenge for us is to develop the business and take it to the next level, under the contemporary circumstances. In the meetings, the members share their journeys and doubts. This way, we get to learn from each other. And not just each other, we facilitate our members with talks from those established in their fields. For example, very recently we had an
inspiring guest lecture by Mr.Ashok Hirawat, who spoke about his road to becoming a key name in the market of uniforms. At present, we are planning industrial visits to Brandix and Hirawats Textile factories to witness the groundwork. Motivation and aspiration VCCI has been the platform for the older generation for any governmentrelated issues, problems or hurdles. But for youngsters there was no such platform to share and learn the market values or policies. The parent body’s guidance and the fellow entrepreneurs support are the main motto. We feel motivated by their stories and journey and want to forward the same to the newcomers. We feel that this will encourage many entrepreneurs to come out of their shell and speak about their issues in the process of developing their trade. Your take on the recession? This is a time for studying the market than entering it. The speculation of recession among the people has created a market sentiment of fear. This has not spared even the wellestablished businesses. But it has a trickle-down effect. The more people fear there is going to be recession, the lesser they are going to spend. And if spending decreases, it may actually lead to recession. But our economy is one of the very few

economies that strengthen themselves with gold and foreign exchange reserves. So if a recession does happen, our county’s economy is strong enough to bounce back from it in a year’s time. In the Great Recession of 2008, it did not hit as hard in India as it did in many of the other countries. A major credit for that goes to our banking systems. Social media and digital presence The wave of technology has taken India by storm. A growth in the population of the middle class and an affordability of mobile phones and the internet have made online shopping an everyday facility. Even though it has only started to firm its grounds in India in recent times, it has already become a challenge for traditional businesses running for decades. Again, it offers consumers the facility of price comparison. Back in the day, the only price comparison we had was visiting two-three stores before making the purchase. But now we can get the best prices by the click of a finger. With such an immense reach and such a huge market, the online facility has become a transformative wave, and the right course of action for the traditional businesses is to catch it as early as possible. Majority of businesses are still functioning in a brick-and-mortar setup. So there is a huge scope for growth. How fast are trades going online? There is a change. Each day there is a new company enrolling online. It is being known that marketing online is much cheaper, and its returns much higher. Having a digital presence is not just giving businesses mileage, but also making it more convenient for everyone. This is especially true in the case of international clients. There is quick reach, conversation, and financial transaction- all done online without any hassles of being physically present.
facebook.com/redmagzineofficial
WHAT IS THE MAJOR ROLE OF THE YOUTH WING? OUR ROLE IS THREE-FOLD: 1.
Business: To take policy related issues, to encourage a start-up eco system and to promote the conduct of family businesses professionally.
A) Start-ups- Events with start-ups, they can pitch in or one can partner with them so that it is a benefit to them. B) Policies- VCCI has a say in the government policies, we can actually voice our problems through it as it will hold more weightage and would definitely be looked upon. C) Family business- As most of the members are from a family business background, we are trying to contact ISB for a crash course in the family business.
A) CEO walks/ Shadowing a CEO- A walk or coffee with CEO kind of meetings will be held so that every young entrepreneur feels more dedicated and gets to learn from their stories. B) Speaker sessions- Guest lectures by renowned CEOs C) Industrial visits- Visits to the established factories or companies to understand the market grounds and condition. D) Leadership programme – The Youth Wing will provide the entrepreneurs the base and programme to access knowledge and implement the same.
2. Networking: Create a national and international desk to liaison with other trade bodies & provide industry networking opportunities. A) National and international desksInternational visits like 2020 Dubai Expo is in the line to connect with their chamber and bring out many opportunities and exposure to the entrepreneurs in the business related topics. B) Social and business networkingEvents related to trade networking whether in or out the city.

Engineering products sector, Maruthi
Engineering (ME) - (formerly known as
Maruthi Marketing ) is run with pep and zip in its Vizag and Hyderabad forks under director Prabhakar B. Touching its silver jubilee this year, the firm has added, in the years, products on products, to create an empire. Today it deals with industries ranging from steel, power and mining to defence and

aerospace. One of the leading organisations at its size and segment based in Vizag, Maruthi is abenefactor to the major customers in the field of engineering and manufacturing as well as defence and aero space in Tenangana, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha. For a technically inclined person like Prabhakar, it had come as a surprise when a moving out of partners handed him the helm of the business organisation and put him into managerial shoes. Yet, a successive portfolio of roles from a technical to an office, commercial, and finally an HR cum Business Manager gave him a comprehensive growth as a captain, says he. Another valuable addition to the firm is his son, Rohit Prabhakar, who joined it as one of the directors two years ago after his return from the US. He oversees the operations in Hyderabad. A duo of fresh ideas and globalised trade values, they furnish red with some valuable information, their plans, motivations and hurdles.
Product spectrum We represent certain brands and are their regional channel partners for the territory of AP, Telangana & Odisha. We buy industrial engineering products from the mother brands, and sell them to industrial giants, we render aftersales services too. Our product line: Welding line: Special grade welding equipment and low heat input welding electrodes, etc. (We represent ADOR FONECH). Pumps & Valves: Special grade slurry pumps & slurry valves, pertaining to iron ore slurry, bauxite slurry, etc. (We represent MNCWeir Minerals). Metal cutting tools: We represent a Swedish firm Sandvik & supply tools to engineering & manufact uring segments, defence and aerospace industries. Switch gear & Electrical motors: The channel partnership with Siemens helps us provide the best quality products. We also represent the leader in thermal spray industry Oerlikon Metco). Winds of change Back in the day, when I started, investment was a crucial prerequisite. So business remained
a wealthy people’s domain. Though I was not from a prosperous background, my guru saw in me an advantage over the traditional tradesmen, because of my engineering degree. By and by, I learnt to mould myself into the managerial role. Learning remains constant and I thoroughly find joy in the learning each day brings. Hurdles What is now Rs.40 crore, was a turnover of Rs.15-20 lakhs p.a. when we started. And what is now a strong team of 25, was then only 3 people strong. The initial years were tough. But I believe that when going gets tough, the tough get going. We gradually expanded, both horizontally and vertically, over a period of time. Team We have a dedicated team which has been built over the years with belief, respect and care. If covering their health insurances is something I do, then taking care of my emotional health is done by them. Pre-requisites for tradesmen A good understanding of the market and people helps one in building an organisation of reliable and passionate people.

India & abroad I have been to over 16 countries and met my counterparts overseas. It is more difficult to sell in India because here only a limited number of clients are willing to pay the price for the quality. After penetrating into such a market, I think if you can do business here, you can do it anywhere in the world. Vizag as an industrial hub There is a pressing need for change. Talking of Hyderabad, the IT industry established its grounds there way before it could find its train to Vizag. Vizag is not centrally located and has a lesser advantage of geographical connectivity. That, I feel, is one of the
major reasons why the industry is not picking up here at the pace that was expected. But I hope that change will start somewhere. If not at the central, then at the state level; and if not that, then at a personal level, but wherever it may start, it is sure to take off. Future plans We are always adding more product lines to the business. Right now, we are in discussion with a few MNCs for the same, and it should materialise in a quarter year’s time. Apart from that, we also plan to open branches in Bhubaneswar and Bengaluru, seeing the wonderful reception for the recently commenced branch in Hyderabad.
Personal note I believe ‘the family is the first essential cell of society’ and I am blessed to have my own little haven. My wife Eshwari has been my strength and support. Coming from an Army family, she brought up Rohit and Pooja (soon to be a medical doctor), inculcating the right values in them. She is a perfect example of womanhood. She won many awards & accolades as an erudite educationist. She heads Delhi Public School and runs her extended family with great elan and dedication. We are on our own star mission and have roped in Regina. Calling it a ‘mission’ is not appropriate as the unassuming actress has taken our calls without any ado and delay. Her reections and remarks in Haute set a vibrant tone to this edition.
While our scientists were busy expanding the celestial horizons, Chief Minister KCR pushed the limits of his Cabinet by inducting six ministers, including his son K.T.R and nephew T.Harish Rao. For example, the jewellery giant (that has been around since the 1890s) organised a surprise birthday party on the 4th for Mr.Gopi Krishna Manepally, Managing Director and descendent of the brand’s founder, the late Sri Manepally Raghavulu. perfect and

W
hat if we told you that in Jubilee Hills, was a tranquil, green and aesthetically pleasing corner, the perfect place for you to work in? A place where, on evenings, you might catch a workshop or a yoga class, pick up some smart-looking indie labels or some artisanal ceramics while you sipped from a cuppa. Yes, there is a place like this and it’s on Road No.52 The Chalet, a gorgeous multidimensional cultural space encompassing a co-working area, a retail space, and an inviting outdoor set-up. The Chalet opened its doors to Hyderabad in July and since then it’s blossoming as a confluence for the city’s creative crowd. A ‘chalet’ is a wooden house, typically found in the Swiss Alps and the sprawling mansion evokes the same laid back lure of this faraway European destination. The brands you’ll find here will make you forget about malls, red’s favourites are the Archana Rao Label, Bare Necessities, Pickle Shickle, Maisha and Paper Heads. What we enjoyed most was The Chalet’s vibe. The location and the quietude give it an irreplaceable appeal. It is rare to find so peaceful and wholesome a space. One wishes it was a secret corner but it is slowly picking up. It’s hard for a place as beautiful as this to stay underground for long.

I handle the immigration part, and the North American part of education and training. Additionally we have a strong digital presence, responding to the needs of our clients who are more tech savvy.
We are in a phase of rapid expansion. In 2017 we won an award by Asia One magazine, which performed a survey with Pricewaterhouse Coopers to find that in India, Global Tree was the fastest growing consultants for overseas education and immigration. here is nothing like a beautiful house. Ever
been on a drive down Jubilee Hills and felt
taken by the allure of grand and interesting
looking homes? Those tall doors, the exquisite wood finishing. There’s a lot of labour and creativity that goes into it, and also, as Mr.Rishan of Pinkmondo says, a tight business partnership at the helm. There is nothing we like better than a good conversation
www.redmagazine.in
with perfectionists and it turns out, putting together a window is harder than you think.
Why the name Pinkmondo? Pink means ‘being the best of’ and Mondo is Italian for the ‘world’ Beginnings I chose this line of work because I love travelling. This is one career in which I get to travel a lot, especially to Europe and New Zealand. Nearly a decade ago my partner Karthik Reddy and I got together to start this trade. We both love luxury and beautiful houses, so we started sourcing things which are not available in the country easily. We specialise in wooden ooring, aluminum windows, doors and we make all kinds. We get windows in colours you can only dream of. We work with a company in Italy called Ponzio, which offers windows in about
650 colours. We try to facilitate and get the best solution for the client that fits his budget as well as the architect’s views. So now people come to us for personalised solutions & our technical expertise. Our customers are mostly celebrities & high profile personalities. Key to Success Procuring the right kind of material and researching for the best fit. Now we have solutions for almost any kind of design, whether it calls for metal, stone or wood. Milestones We’ve done some huge orders for some prominent clients and the result was fantastic. That put us in the limelight and gave our business a big
boost. The other big milestone is tying up with Ponzio, which is an extremely unique brand in the world. We got an agreement with them for the complete South India distribution. Challenges We’ve done a neoclassical house recently. They required all wooden finishes and a unique window. It was a challenge. Another client wanted a 30 feet window. Oh god, that was a big task, moving it to his house. But finally we were able to and it was a great relief. It’s not always like this, we have had glass break one or two times while unloading or transferring it into the house. But those are few and far between.

Strong Partnership Karthik and I go a long way back, we are friends from college and we bonded over our shared interest in cars and automobiles. We got close because we were into tuning and modifying our own vehicles. We were in different institutes but we met through mutual friends and since then we’ve been together. He is my best friend and that is how we got into business together. When you want to go into business with someone it is important that you have a fantastic relationship with that person. Because that person becomes like a second life partner and you must have a balance with them like you have with your own spouse. You must be in tune with each other and that only comes when you are friends first. We have been friends for about 20 years now and business partners for 9 years. Hopes for the Industry I just want people to be more proactive in coming up and asking for green products which can be reused, recycled and which are sustainable for a long time. For instance, our windows, instead of wood and plastic, are made of aluminum which is reusable. It can always be melted and remade.
sources that are responsible for deforestation. People are slowly moving towards green building products. Unfortunate -ly, because of the nametag, these products are expensive but I believe in due course of time they will become more economical and people will see them as a one-time investment for saving earth.
A Day in the Life Typically my day starts with a workout at the gym. I spend about 2 or 3 hours there per day. My day starts at 10.30 and the first half is spent on co-ordination and the second half goes into architect visits and site visits. Looking ahead We’re planning to start a showroom. We shall call it Studio Consortium. Through this brand, we intend to sell highend Italian furniture by December or January. The products will span from wardrobes to indoor and outdoor furniture. We will be catering to a similar clientele.
Advice for homeowners We advise people to come to us with their architects because it’s a synchronised process. Architects understand the kind of options we have, which can otherwise be very confusing for laymen. When ever people ask us to suggest colours or designs, we tell them to consult their architects because we are specialists of products, not designs. My aesthetic style I like rustic design most. You can never get bored with them. Classical is too time-taking and requires a lot of maintenance, so I prefer a neoclassical and rustic design mix. Amir Sharma is doing up my house right now in a rustic manner. He is very creative and delivers what the clients want.
As for our wood oors, for every log we use, we ensure we plant another sapling in its place. The cost of these products is higher because they come from official and proper sources. People tend to go for whatever is cheapest in the market from unauthorised

I just want people to be more proactive in coming up and asking for green products which can be reused, recycled and which are sustainable for a long time.
Many architects we have worked with have told us they are very happy with our work and they suggested we get into furniture also so that it becomes an easy, one-stop solution for them. We’re looking to be a full service materials supplying firm. We are also in touch with some people and we are hoping to branch out now. We prefer South India because it is more accessible. In 10 years from now, we would look for stores in Bangalore, Chennai and may be in Kerala.

label is a celebration of femininity in ornate opulence, tribute to Indian heritage. What's your story? I come from a family of doctors and scientists, but I graduated in life sciences & then they wanted me to do an MBA. I ended up doing that and specialising in HR but I never wanted to be in a corporate set up. Design was always my dream and I plunged headfirst into design life at NIFT, and later FIT New York. Then I established my brand, Alabaster. Why call it Alabaster? My brand name Alabaster is derived from the Holy Bible. It is a celebration of sacrifice. There is a scene where women sacrifice the most expensive perfume at the feet of Jesus My
The first thing you made? My first design was for my client, Shalini in Feb 2002. She had a brocade banarasi sari which was an heirloom. I transformed it into a beautiful Anarkali top. Even today, a lot of clients come to me for this transfer technique and though it is a difficult task, I enjoy doing it. The first brush with fashion? I learned drawing, painting, and art from the age of 11 and I fell in love with fashion. I would always select clothes and fabrics for my mom and sister and I would design my own clothes and even my shoes and bags during my teenage years.
eelam Ashley almost became a corporate slave. He was on the MBA track, nurturing a deep-seated love for fashion ever since he was a child. However, luckily for fashionistas in Hyderabad and for his regular patrons, he changed course to join NIFT. Many years and a foreign education later, Neelam Ashley is putting Hyderabad’s fashion scene on the world map. His design philosophy is aimed at generating global understanding for Indian classical ethnic design heritage. He gives Indian garmenture a futuristic spin, a unique offering for a truly fashion-minded crowd. His work has drawn the attention of stars the likes of Sushmita Sen and he’s done photo shoots all over the world, the latest being in Paris. He retails his brand, Alabaster Design Studio, out of a agship store in Hyderabad, where he sees a glittering clientele who are drawn to his futuristic conservative creations. In the pipeline is an expanded collection and a store in Mumbai. A religious man with a penchant for neck pieces and big dreams, he’s quite interesting to talk to. How does fashion fascinate you? Fashion is like creating a second skin for the body and the very essence of it, of clothing, is an endlessly exciting subject for me– its intricacies, inherent structure, geometry and appeal fascinate me. It’s an art that is within me and makes me grow, and I can’t imagine being anything other than what I am today. It Shoot by Dinakar Pamu

By Jagruti Jaiswal
What movies do you like as an audience? I like myself a good Rom-com, or even a thriller, or a horror. I am not loyal to any one genre. The movie must make me curious.
Criteria to selecting roles Quite a few. Primary of those is the character. I like to play characters that are wholesome. Of course, these are the kind of roles that not newcomers get. But I’m glad I got them from the very beginning.
Anti burn-out steps I take breaks. I go watch a movie and sometimes I stay at home for two days at a stretch and do not even walk to the gate of my house. Just about now, after the shooting of Evaru, its promotions, dubbing and a ton of work, I went to Europe for a holiday. I love acting and plan to do it for years. I can’t afford to burn out.

One thing you like the most about acting? I get to play so many roles and they are all so different from me. Getting into another person’s shoes is really interesting and exiting.
How do you make your characters so realistic? A film must be realistic and relatable to the audience. For e.g. Sameera, in Evaru, does not blink through out the movie, except when she lies. So it is a subtle cue. You can make out that she is lying, even though you don’t know how you can make out.
You are a student of psychology. How did it help you? I am a people’s person. Being around people and observing them interest me. That is why I took up psychology. But as it turns out, it helped me understand myself more than it helped me understand others.
The Evaru experience Right from the Director, Ramji to the assistant director, the cinematographer and co-stars- everybody was a great fun to work with. Instead of going to the caravan to relax in between shots, we would sit and have a good long talk. It was a really and absolutely positive set.
Have you changed over the years? My values have remained intact. Yes, I have been inuenced by people as when you are new to an industry, you tend to listen to others and trust them. But when I found my feet here, I learned to trust my instinct over others’. Agreed, it took me a while to believe in my gut, but I am glad it did. It was a part of the process. No regrets, only learnings!
Are you a perfectionist? I am, but not for any reason except doing justice to the character, I am playing.

You have a lot of pets, don’t you? Yes, I love animals. I have a blind cat, a sparrow and squirrels too. I also had a dog. After its death, I haven’t had another because we didn’t want to go through that pain
Your guilty pleasure? Chocolate. I like dark chocolate. In fact, I have a chilli dark chocolate in my bag right now. I collect them during my travels. So now I have a good collection of Vietnamese (Alluvia), Fijian chocolates and Belgian trufe. You might not think trufe in chocolate would be so nice, but it is amazing.

If a movie was made on you, what genre would it be? It would be a coming-of-age film, with a bit of rom-com, and a lot of drama for sure.
A nickname that annoys you Sundeep calls me Kusu. It is not annoying, but it is.
RAPID FIRE
If not a film star? I would be a criminal psychologist.
One movie you wish you could act in again Both, Awe and Evaru
One thing that you mostly gift to your friends It is never common for everyone. I gift things that the receiver is going to have some use of. And when I do see them using it, that is like the best.
What is the last thing you Googled? The movie It because I was watching it last night.

Be dedicated to work and don’t let petty arguments with co-workers distract you. Give friends all the support they need. Avoid clashes while dealing with colleagues. Trade gains are on the anvil. Pay attention to health. Balanced diet & detoxification will help you restore it. Keep a watch on what you say, otherwise you could land in trouble. Travel plans could take you to faraway places that may enhance your career prospects. Married couples may face a few storms. It is not a suitable time for singles to enter into relationships.

It is a good time for business persons, new ventures and investments. You may undertake fairly extensive travel on business or in connection with your job. Singles may find romantic partners in one of those parties. There will also be a high level of socialization in professional groups. In marriage, you might face some turbulence but with your love and patience, everything will come back to normal. It is an excellent period for your children, who may notch up some noticeable achievements.
Businessmen can relax. Everything will work according to their plan but it is better to work a bit harder for better results. It is a perfect time for signing foreign deals. However, be careful before shaking hands with new allies. Employed beware; there could be a rift between you and the boss. Be diplomatic in handling the situation. It is time singles experimented and explored new domains. Don’t rush to judge people you hardly know. The married should treat the near and dear with affection and warmth. It will augur well for your ties with them.
