Members of the Olympia Club Full Season (2013-14) Olympia Club members will automatically receive their Olympia Club playoffs passes along with their playoffs tickets. Partial Season (2013-14) Olympia Club members may purchase a playoffs membership for $450. Please indicate the number of memberships you wish to purchase on the playoffs invoice and add the appropriate amount to the total. You may also contact your Ticket Service Executive.
Picking Up Your Playoffs Tickets Will Call: In-person pickup at the Joe Louis Arena Box Office begins Monday, April 7 at 10 a.m. Tickets can be picked up ONLY by the Season Ticket Holder of record. A photo ID and copy of your invoice is required. Express Delivery: Tickets can be shipped ONLY to the address on the Season Ticket Holder Account (see invoice). Tickets cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. The Season Ticket Holder is responsible for any package delivered to an incorrect address and will be subject to a $25 rerouting fee. All address changes must be submitted to the Red Wings on or before March 3. To update your account information, please contact your Ticket Service Executive or call 313-471-7575.
Playoffs Parking Riverfront Executive Lot Season Ticket Holders who purchased Riverfront Executive Lot parking for the 2013-14 season are eligible to purchase this pass for the playoffs for $30 per game. Your invoice is included in this renewal package with your other invoices. For more information, call 313-471-7974.
Joe Louis ARENA Parking GARAGE Please indicate the number of spaces, at the rate of $15 per game, that you are requesting on your playoffs invoice and add the appropriate amount to the invoice total. Season Ticket Holders who purchase parking will be charged in accordance with their payment plan. All monies collected for home games that are not played will be refunded within 20 business days of the conclusion of the 2014 Playoffs.
3 FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS 1. Pay in Full for all 16 potential home games (credit card, cash or check). 2. Pay as the Wings Play (credit card ONLY*) Only pay for the games that the Wings play. No commitment for the 2014-15 season is required to obtain this payment option. 3. Pay for 1 and 2, wait for 3 and 4 (credit card, cash or check) Pay for Rounds 1 and 2, and then receive an invoice for Rounds 3 and 4. Rounds 1 and 2 are due with playoffs/renewal payment. Round 3 is due May 2. Round 4 is due May 16.
To ensure that your tickets for the 2014 Playoffs are valid, all payments must be current according to your selected payment plan. Tickets may be deactivated at the discretion of the Red Wings due to missed payments. *Automatic Payment Authorization allows us to automatically charge your credit card on assigned dates. You must provide a single credit card number and sign the Automatic Payment Authorization on your invoice. Multiple credit cards will not be accepted.
