ABOUT THIS MANUAL
We have created this manual to facilitate your participation in Expo Beauty Show 2015. In this manual you will find important information such as: EBS Committee Directory, Floor Plan, Events Calendar, Regulations, Services Formats for (Electricity, Telephone, Internet, Water, etc.) and Official Suppliers (Travel agency, furniture rent and Customer Service).
We suggest you to review this manual carefully and your operation requirements with the corresponding procedures so you can request services through the formats sending by fax or e-mail on time, because all formats have deadline. Applications must be with payment receipt to take them as a formal application. All services are subject to availability and schedules in the installation circumstances. We also suggest you to keep your format with payment receiptduring the assembly for further assistance.
The applications will be able to filled in the computer and send them by e-mail or fax. If you do not have the right program, go to Web site and download Acrobat Reader program or update it for the better manual running. If you require any additional information, specification or regulation, there is a quick reference directory where you can direct your questions or comments to the responsible person or relevant service provider.

10 RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS THIS EVENT IS ORGANIZED BY REED EXHIBITIONS MEXICO SA DE CV HEREIN AFTER REFERRED TO AS “EBS”. ACTIONS RESULTING FROM THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXHIBITION SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THIS REGULATION. THESE RULES ARE MADE TO PROVIDE SECURITY AND IMPARTIALITY TO ALL EXHIBITORS. CHAPTER 1. GENERAL EXHIBITOR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RENT PARTIALLY OR TOTALLY THE SPACE OR SPACES ASSIGNED TO HIM, announce products or articles that
are not manufactured or sold by the exhibition company, except if the articles or products are necessary for the adequate demonstration for the EXHIBITOR. Open sale and professional beauty merchandise delivery to public is allowed, remains prohibited the sale or exhibition of any different product as:cloth, shoes, bags, corset, or any kind food or beverage). The organizing committee authorize to close the stand that incurs with exception to those that had been authorized by the organizing committee. C H A P T E R 2 . C O R P O R AT I V E I M A G E In any particular advertisement made for booth promotion, the EXHIBITOR must include the EBS logo please ask for it to marketing department with Judith Loza please send an e mail to jloza@reedexpo.com Phone +52 55 52925061 . The EXHIBITOR will not exhibit, give away, give out, place or sell any product, material, publicity or promo outside the rented space, meaning hallways, rest rooms, parking lot, restaurants, floors, walls, columns, posts, doors, crystals or any other area, furniture and equipment belonging to Centro Banamex. The penalty will be $100,000.00 pesos to failure to comply any of these. The EXHIBITOR has the right to use advertisement strategies with the previous authorization of EBS Marketing department. reserves admission rights to any promoter that affects the event’s image. C H A P T E R 3 . P E R S O N N E L A C C R E D I TAT I O N All staff that is in Centro Banamex, during the exhibition days, must be duly accredited by EBS. During the hours in which the exhibition is open to the public, each room shall be served by an accredited representative with exhibiting company badges. Foreigners: It is important to let know to the that foreign participants or nationals with foreign personnel that will participate in EBS, to have their immigration form which is given when they board the plane, you should indicate that is business trip and not for vacation or as a tourist. MODELS AND HOSTESS: If you hired foreign models or hostesses is very important to consider that the migration staff can request their FM3 form, if they don’t bring it with their selves, they will be forwarded to the authorities, so it is very important to let them know. Models and Dancers have strictly prohibited have overdraft from waist to below, therefore they cannot used underwear or similar. Otherwise the event security personnel will take them out and cut off the electricity energy from the booth, with this EBS reserves the right to not allow the exhibitor participation in following years. A C C E S S & E X I T M AT E R I A L . For a better control of products, materials, assembly and disassembly, the entrance and the exit will be only in permitted access doors destined for the objective and according to the planned calendar. Deliver material: Deliver material control will be directly EXHIBITOR responsibility. EBS will be in charge to coordinate the transporters arrival to unloading in venue entrance as loading in venue exit. Centro Banamex will not be responsible or will accept shipments, boxes or any other product sending in advance destined to EXHIBITOR. The shipment must be received by the EXHIBITOR only during the stipulated period of time.

C H A P T E R 6 . E X H I B I T B O O T H S A N D PA R K I N G In any way the exhibition halls width will not be less than 3.00 meters, as it was authorized in floor plan. Such spaces must be kept free from obstacles or additional installations in all its length. In case of any exhibitor takes space space out of specific area on site including the exhibition floor plan published in our web page www.expobeautyshow.com or does not had the corresponding authorization, EBS has the right to remove out the space without responsability. PA R K I N G : To obtain special price will be necessary to show your id badge as exhibitor at the end of rooms “B”, “C” & “D” modules to have access. Exhibitor ‘s pass for 1 day $ 128.00 Mexican Pesos Stage up promotion $336.00 Mexican Pesos Show promotion 3 days $336.00 Mexican Pesos Packages are sold only on the first day of assembly/event/disassembly. Parking for passengers truck $200.00 per day. Hold to availability. Parking administration does not depend on EBS; therefore you have to respect the politics and regulations from it. The parking area is limited exclusivity for vehicles. It is not allowed to use these areas as a residence, exhibition or sale any kind of products. EBS is not responsible for objects lost inside of the vehicle, fire damage, natural phenomena, earthquakes, hurricanes, or similar, mechanical failures, partial or total vehicle lost or any situation.
C H A P T E R 7 . E N E R G Y & E L E C T R I C I N S TA L L AT I O N . All booths that were confirmed in raw space, do not include the electric energy, such service must hiring in additional services ( please take a look the form in this manual).
It is not allowed to get into Centro Banamex electric installations. All booked booths as raw space must to request their electric installation (please see the format). All wire must be for industrial use, it should not be hanging on the structures or columns, because it’s conducted through hidden booth installations and it will be adequately protected. EXHIBITOR is responsible to provide EBS the corresponding technical equipment information that you are going to use. The total distribution of the electric network installed in the booked space will be marked in the electric and logistics map, clearly specifying the equipment characteristics that will be used as follows: a)
Electric switches must be thermo-magnetic
b)
Wires must be for industrial use
c)
Lighting wires should be industrial or duplex use, but they must always have an adequate electric charge caliber, ballasts and not be located on the floor
d)
Wires unions must be isolated with an adequate tape
If these requirements are not respected, EXHIBITOR will not be able to use Centro Banamex electric installations. EBS reserves the right to disconnect or remove devices, lamps, spots or any equipment from booths that did not make a previous request to extend their electric capacity. This is procedure is the only purpose to protect the event against unnecessary heating or unexpected overcharges and to ensure the corresponding electric supply for each EXHIBITOR. C H A P T E R 8 . A S S E M B LY & D I S A S S E M B LY Access will be able only on dates and schedules previously assigned in the this manual. For every delay hour or split in disassambly the penalty will be $20,000.00 pesos, as well as the exhibitor’s elements or products including garbage, the space must be clean as you receive it.
EBS will define vehicles number and platforms that may be used for operation maneuvers. EBS will assign personnel to coordinate load and unload maneuvers. To deliver merchandise is necessary to give exhibitor name and booth number, these information should be given since you get into Centro Banamex load and unload area. (Door 4) Any damage caused by the EXHIBITOR to Centro Banamex installation during assembly and disassembly or event, EBS determined repair cost and must be paid by the EXHIBITOR in that moment based on Centro Banamex & EBS adjustment If the EXHIBITOR does not paid he won’t be able to take out his products. EBS reserves the right to allow the EXHIBITOR’S participation for the next editions.
The maneuver zone will be exclusively use for its purpose. Vehicles use for this may only be in the area for the strictly necessary time for load and unloading. EBS is not responsible for the loss objects inside or outside vehicles parked in the maneuver zone, as well as for damages caused by crashes, fire hazards, natural phenomenon, earthquakes, hurricanes or any similar situation. Vehicles will not park in the exhibition area under any circumstance, unless the vehicle is part of the display. In this case, vehicles will only have fuel reserve in its tank and the motor will not be turned on within the premises previous autorization from organization committe. Any equipment with internal combustion that is part of the exhibition will not be turned on.

EBS or Centro Banamex must previously authorize the use of freight lift vehicles inside the facilities. The use of pneumatic tires is mandatory, as well as an adequate working motor that does not leak oil or any other liquid. In case of requiring fuel supply, this must be done in the maneuver zone. During assembly and disassembly maneuvers’, smoking is strictly forbidden, as well as drinking any kind of alcoholic beverage, except in the restaurant and rest areas specified designated by Centro Banamex. Materials movement, merchandise and machinery or any other product or equipment must be done very carefully to protect Centro Banamex’s floor, avoiding dragging or pulling articles that may affect or damage it. The floor resistance in rooms A, B, C and D is 250 kg/m2. All machinery or heavy-duty equipment must be placed on foam pads or bearings to protect the floor, distributing cargo weight with platforms to avoid weight concentrations that exceed the floor’s cargo resistance. It is strictly forbidden to cross hallways or common areas (floor and ceiling) with electric wiring, as well as equipment or installations that may become dangerous. It is not allowed to carry out blacksmith work, use of saws, air guns and products that affect the environment within Centro Banamex’s premises. Assembly times are not destined to the whole construction of booths and decoration elements within the premises. Any change or adapting need will be limited to adjustments in the assembly or construction for elements that will serve such purpose. The EXHIBITOR and its service contractor are responsible for removing any mark or waste left on the floor due to materials used for assembly out of exhibition spaces or with any other purpose. If the use of liquids is necessary, these must not leave any mark at all. Rugs will only be fixed to the floor with double auto stick on tapes. It is forbidden to use any kind of glue or adhesive directly on the floor, painted surfaces, signs or crystals that are permanent parts of the facilities. It is strictly forbidden that personnel not linked to this service climb or go around Centro Banamex’s structure to place hanging materials. If you need this service you can contract with Centro Banamex aditional services. (see hanging format in this manual). Personnel authorized by the facility, may only provide this service during assembly, event, and disassembly. If this policy is not considered, materials will be removed from the premises, and the EXHIBITOR must pay for any expense its transfer or storage generates. The remaining display materials after assembly, such as screens, cloths, wooden pieces and substances must be removed from the facilities, before the first day of exhibition. EBS may remove these materials charging to the EXHIBITOR, if would not accomplish this. It will be mandatory for the EXHIBITOR to avoid disassembly, and to remain open and operating its booth during the exhibition’s schedule, with the objective of preserving the event’s image. The EXHIBITOR will be responsible for the contents of its booth during the exhibition. It is the EXHIBITOR’S only responsibility to strictly carry out these rules, if this should fail, any cargo or unloading maneuver will be completely forbidden during the event.
Exhibition: It’s forbidden to exhibit your products up to 2.5 meter from high. Civil protection: To obey civil protection regulation, It remains prohibited to avoid emergency exits, fire hydrant and fire equipment. Admission: Children under the age of 18 are not allowed during stage up and disassembly. Space or booth from 9 sq. with display: In case of 3x3 display booth enclosed, please consider the post measure and remember that your display has to be 2.90 meter wide x 2.95 meter depth. Equipment or Package booth: 3x3, 6x3 or 9x3 booths include: Octanorm walls, 2 chairs, 1 table with tablecloth, 1 double single phase of 1,000 watts, 1 lamp, carpet and lettering for each 9 square meter (please send the corresponding format), to obtain the tablecloth you have to pay $1,000.00 Mexican pesos as deposit, when you return the tablecloth in good condition the deposit will back to you. When you are in the stage up, please ask for your furniture in additional services E1 ground floor, the delivery furniture will be ready like 30 or 60 minutes, so someone must be there to receive it. Double floor display must have a description memory and DRO authorization (Building Responsible Director) from Distrito Federal. Supported document by design architect responsible for the strength and safety. This document is obligatory and it will be presented to Centro Banamex Operation, Civil Protection Department and EBS committee (one copy each of them). These departments will ask any time for the authorization during stage up and event. It’s important to contract a security person to allow the flow for the double floor. CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE: The EXHIBITOR will contract in favor of the ORGANIZER, at his own cost; during the period between ACCESS DATE through END DATE, a civil liability general insurance policy with a Mexican insurance company approved by the Organizer. F I R E W O R K S , C H A R I T Y, G A M E S A N D
RAFFLES. Fireworks: It is strictly forbidden to use any kind of fireworks at all times. EBS will allow charity games, raffles and lottery games if Mexico City’s and the Ministry
of Government authorities give the corresponding permits and authorizations, and if these do not violate their regulations. EBS’s directives are entitled to request and revise such permits at any given time during the event. CHAPTER 11. SMOKING Per federal resolution, it is strictly forbidden to smoke in all closes areas, including exposition halls, conference rooms or close spaces. CHAPTER 12. CLEANING SERVICE Centro Banamex will be in charge of cleaning and garbage removal in every common area, hallway and restroom. Cleaning personnel will not be in charge of the inside of booths once these are given to the EXHIBITOR (if you require cleaning, please revise service area in this manual) Once the event is over, the EXHIBITOR will be responsible of removing its garbage and remaining materials, depositing them in an area destined for this effect. In any other case, EBS personnel will carry out this job charging the EXHIBITOR any expense generated by this concept. CHAPTER 13. AUDIO AND SOUND It is strictly forbidden to live music (band) inside of the event, given that they exceed the permitted sound levels, if you have music in his booth, must be recorded. Sound equipment installed in Centro Banamex will be exclusively used for emergency and background music within EBS’ schedule. For promotion and publicity, EBS reserves the right to announce its client’s services. The sound equipment use will be subject to EXHIBITOR me asured to determine a maximum of 80 decibels at 3 meters from the emission source. In case of exceeding the decibels, there will be a suspension warning for one time. If it happens again, electric supply will be suspended during 4 hours and if it happens one more time, electric supply will be suspended for a day. Audio speakers cannot be directed towards neighbor booth, inside of your own booth. In case of carrying out unauthorized promotions and to violate the maximum decibels permitted in audio equipment, EBS reserves the right to evict personnel forms the premises, without any responsibility to EBS. CHAPTER 14. WEIGHT LIMIT The limit weight permitted in a transport going to the display location is 250 kg/m2 CHAPTER 15. GENERAL EQUIPMENT Total weight in signs and hanging material must not exceed 250 kg for halls A, B, C and D. The weight of signs and material must not exceed 5Okg per support point. Please see attach form. The floor maps and diagrams of every material sign must be revised and approved 60 days before their installation by the Operation Management. EBS will not allow any sign or material to be hung if Operation Management does not authorize, including packages and decorations. Centro Banamex format must be filling out to request this service and send it before the death line.

CHAPTER 16. RESTRICTED ACCESS AREAS Storage into the exhibition area is forbidden. Every empty box, cardboard piece, container or shipment material that will be used again must be marked as EMPTY. These empty containers will be removed from the premises after assembly with the objective of freeing Centro Banamex’s fire hazard equipment and zones. CHAPTER 17. SAFETY EBS offers institutional safety only in common and perimeter areas, such as the parking lot, lobbies, hallways, administrative offices and the maneuver zone at Centro Banamex. EXHIBITOR is the only responsible for his articles, material, products inside booth; it includes assembly and disassembly, if you need security personnel for your booth please see attach format. For any reason EBS is not responsible for any lost. inside of your booth. if you will have security from your own, will be necesary authorization and it badge from EBS.
It is strictly forbidden to introduce and bear any kind of fire gun or cutting weapon, except for security personnel with faculties for their use. The Shows that have target practice, darts, balls hoops, and other avtivity or similar that alter the order or safety in the event must have an adequate protection to avoid accidents or damage to people, furniture, equipment and the facilities. These activities will must be previously approved in a written document by EBS before the exhibition is open to public, and if it’s the case, be placed only in spaces assigned for such purpose. In case these activities take place without authorization, EBS has the right to cancel the booth or the event if necessary, without any responsibility for EBS. It is strictly forbidden to use or exhibit machinery, equipment or dangerous substances, toxic or hazardous for health or flammable. Balloons or any other similar object that needs to be pumped with gas must be inflated with non flammable gas in an area specified by EBS, to be granted access to Centro Banamex. It is forbidden to introduce any kind of animal or pet during assembly, exhibition and disassembly. IMPORTANT: As a safety measure, EBS suggests all exhibitors to have equipment and merchandise of easy removal, to keep it in safety boxes, glass cases or furniture with a
lock in case they are absent from your booth. During exposition hours, must be someone from your personnel or security in change of your booth .
During stage up, event and dissambley hours must be in your booth or leave someone in charge. CHAPTER 18. FIRST AID EBS has a medical office destined for first aid, available for EXHIBITORS from the first assembly day until disassembly ends (October 22th from 8:00 up to October 28th 12:00). In case you need a wheel chair, please request it in Medical office at the ends of rooms B & C with your ID as garantee. C H A P T E R 1 9 . C O M P L I M E N TA R Y S E R V I C E S Telephone it is not allowed to install phones that are different from those that Centro Banamex has for rent. It is also forbidden to modify telephone installations property of Centro Banamex. EBS has a catalogue of official suppliers and dealers that have been registered previously by showing their products, services, qualities and professionalism. Even though these suppliers are authorized by EBS, they are under no circumstance responsibility of EBS when hiring any service specified in the contract. CHAPTER 20. FOOD AND BEVERAGE It is strictly denying to introduce that is not any kind of food another’s from Centro Banamex. For that reason we have a format for fast food, with an especial price for the exhibitors CHAPTER 21. PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR THE BEST PERFORMANCE FROM YOUR AREA . In schedule of assembly, event and disassembly the booth should never be alone; we invite you to coordinate your times. Remember, Palms, Laptops, Cameras, Portfolios, etc. are considered personal items and therefore no one but the owner is responsible for them. The exhibitors will not block the fire hydrants The exhibitors will not demostrate his products more than 2.5m from high. Security is contracted to access control, general areas and shelter at night. So if you require permanent staff for your booth should consult this manual to get the security form. Points of sales: we suggest you to contract an analogue telephone line for credit Card sales point. CHAPTER 22. GENERAL Any misdemeanor in an article or resolution of this regulation list will be cause of cancellation of the contract without the EXHIBITOR being able to claim compensation for damages, paying EBS with all of the expenses that may be sought from decisions and actions to solve problems caused by the EXHIBITOR. Any agreement with the EXHIBITOR, established by resolutions not considered in the present regulations or the EXHIBITOR must obey formal EBS rule documents. EBS reserves the right to take any additional measure, including those of legal nature. EBS is not responsible for maintenance and operation of equipment and materials property of the EXHIBITOR such as: rugs, electric equipment, audiovisual equipment, furniture,

machinery etc. The EXHIBITOR is responsible for every person obeying and making rules that directly or non-directly enters Centro Banamex, for assembly, exhibition or disassembly. EBS has the faculty of establishing with the EXHIBITOR everything not planned or fore seen in the present regulations, according to interests of the event.

Please pack your merchandise in suitable boxes for the International Transportation. A safety packing allow the delivery in good condition to the booth. If you send your shipment with padlocks send the combination numbers or keys for the customs revision, in case that we can’t open the boxes, the customs authorities will destroy the padlocks and the merchandise could have some damages. If your shipment require some special handling please labeled with the instructions (fragile, do not stack etc.) All the merchandise must be labeled as Samples for Expo Beauty 2014.

Packacing For all the merchandise send to Mexico as per rule this needs to have the revision at Mexico Customs area, we suggest to ship your merchandise in PLASTIC CONTAINERS, BANDED OR PLASTIC PALLETS. In case that you have crates or wooden pallets the wood must be fumigated with Methyl Bromide (MB) or a heat specific treatment (HT).
