Car Parking

Complimentary car parking is offered around the Estate. Parking is at your own risk and the hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damages. Please ensure your car is locked and no valuables are left in your vehicle. Should you wish to charge your car onsite, the EV chargers are located at the main gate entrance to Mount Lofty Estate

Check Out

Our check-out time is 11am and we kindly request that you vacate your room by this time on the morning of your departure.

If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact our reception team for more information about availability and fees.

Accounts are payable in full at checkout. Guests can choose their preferred method of payment including Cash, Eftpos, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Payments by credit card incur a 1.3% credit card surcharge.

Please return your room key to reception when finalising your account.

In case of emergency, dial 000. Remember to dial ‘0’ for an outside line first. Alternatively, dial ‘9’ for assistance The hotel is equipped with an Emergency Response Plan, an AED machine and an Epi Pen. Guest safety is our highest priority.
